“Upon our arrival, Dale was assisting an elderly customer and kindly held the door for her. He was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to help us locate a specific whiskey we were searching for.”
“I was taken aback by the enormous selection they have in inventory. Lol, it took me a bit longer than usual to make it to the register. Not from lack of service, but rather just pure curiosity of what I may have missed in my browsing activity.”
“Excellent selection of wine and beer. Employees I have met so far have all been cordial and friendly. Prices seem to be in line with other places in this area.”
“Had the Bemidji brewery beer that I was looking that was out at other stores but strangely was higher priced than discount and city liquor store. So points for having it but more expensive”
“Wonderful store and wonderful owners! Definitely recommend Lakes Liquor Store for all of your needs. A must-stop anytime we’re in town and looking forward to our next visit!”
“Good wine choices. We are from the West coast and I was concerned about finding a wine for dinner. There were many recognized wines and new options to try. Nicely done store.”
“Very nice and cozy atmosphere, the staff were very helpful and I was able to make sure they were in the best of it and I was taken care of quickly and out the door.”
“Excellent service! All though they didn't have what I was looking for, the 3 guys that were there sure tried to help me find it! Very friendly and helpful! Service like that will definitely make me a repeat customer!”

“Bathrooms are clean. And I needed to pay r gas and in a pinch. I had google pay with my phone, but I lost the physical card. I called and spoke to the manager to see if I could pay for gas that way, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I do stop occasionally, but now I'd like to come in more often.”

“Nice little side of the road liquor store. Did not have a very large beer selection, but was was available was acceptable. They did however, have a large selection of spirits though to choose from. Lots of deer mounts along the upper walls which were impressive to see. The lady working while we stopped was very polite and helpful.”
