The meat that this place puts out is fine quality. The best polish sausage I’ve ever had, hands down, no competition, nothing comes close. The hamburger rolls fry cleanly and is such high quality that there’s no need to drain any excess fat if adding to a soup, pasta sauce, tavern mix, etc. The steaks are absolutely incredible, no seasoning needed on the grill whatsoever (Ribeyes are my personal favorite). Beef roasts are also amazing in the slow cooker with some potatoes, carrots and onions. This place is just fantastic.
