I was completely humiliated in front of other customers and my children by a cashier named Jessica.
She failed to do her job and remove sale signs throughout the store so when I went to pay I was confused by the total. I told her there were signs and she went to look. She returned and told me the sale had ended DAYS ago. She didn’t even bother to remove the expired sale signs at this point either. I was frustrated and said that the sale price should be honored since it was posted.
As my children and I were leaving the store she started laughing and told the customer who was in line behind me how ridiculous she thought I was and what a waste of time I had been for her.
This was all in front of other customers and my young kids. Not only was I humiliated but my children were too and it scared them that she was so mean to us. Not a single thing from her was respectful and she was not at all understanding of the frustration this caused.

This Dollar General was clean and orderly. I have been in a few Dollar Generals, and they were a complete pig sty. A congratulations to the staff. Keep up the hard work.

Charged my card three times for one transaction in the self check out. District manager was called but just gave me the run around with no follow through. Shouldn’t have been a hard thing to fix since I had my receipt with date, time and transaction number. I wonder how many people this happens to? Needless to say, I will shop at the other dollar store in town from now on and won’t be back to this one. Watch your transactions closely when using self check out!!

No employees? Traffic jam at the one open register. Apparently staff was too busy leaving the aisles clogged with unshelved items to open the other register.

Change the name to "Ghetto General" - Goodwill is cleaner and more organized. Maybe you guys need to have Goodwill train you on how to handle large volumes of merchandise.

Completely sickened by the way I was treated. The door was locked during business hours, I knocked on the door and waited, a women came to the door with a disgusted look on her face and her tone dripping with attitude and disdain said "can I help you with something?" I said "yes I really need to pick up a few things and..." She interrupts me and says "I'm closed right now" I said "okay well when will you be open and she said 5pm" she then quickly shuts the door in my face and locks it.

The store is in constant disarray. When you squeeze the screaming pig to get assistance at check out you get the feeling you're majorly inconveniencing whatever employee comes to handle your check out. Over all not a good experience.

It's they only dollar type store here in this small town but they are all cool staff and I love the app to scan stuff for dirt cheap.
