“We are so thankful for these guys!!
They were willing to put in some after market parts, that we had previously purchased, for our car. It is very difficult to find a mechanic who will do that these days.
Also, just recently, we were experiencing an issue with my car: My husband and I called and talked to one of the mechanics. He quietly and genuinely listened as we explained what was going on, even though we probably took too long to explain; He never made us feel rushed or like he had something better to do. We really appreciated this!
Just this morning, when I brought in my car to have Josh, one of the mechanics, look at it, he actually advised that he didn’t feel the problem was a big enough concern that it truly needed to be fixed right now. How many mechanics will tell you that?! It really builds trust! Thank you!!
Lastly, just last week, one of our son’s was in town visiting, and they were able to get him in, in just two days, to fix his repair. Thanks guys!!

“I came in HOTT driving from Rochester to Sioux Falls with a tire that picked up a leak about 5 miles from town. Once I assessed that it was beyond just more air I found Bauer. I explained that I was on a time crunch about 45 minutes ahead of schedule but needed to get to Sioux Falls on time. The staff, who were probably on lunch, told me which bay to put my truck by and met with with the jack and impact. They had my tire off before I was inside again. They were able to patch it and get me on my way in about 20-25 minutes MAX. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for their understanding of my time!!!”

“Came in for subframe bushings inspection they said they were good but the inner and outer tie rods were bad along with a stabilizer bar which they showed me, and we will be back to pay them for the repairs before they get started. They even don't mind if you bring in the parts, just make sure you know for certain that the parts you bring in are preferably direct fit ones. You can find great price ones through Amazon”
