This is probably the worst auto shop I’ve been too!
Made an appointment but they don’t work on it at your appointment time. I wanted a new car inspection, they didn’t do that. Also fixed the car without asking me if I wanted it done. They “ fixed “ a leak in my car but after that the leak was still there and I had get a new alternator because the oil leaked into it and ruined it. They did an alignment when I didn’t need one and made it bad! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! After I took it there my car broke down!
They also forgot to call me so they had my car for three days when it shouldn’t have even been there overnight.

The staff here were helpful, professional, and very friendly. They stuck right by their quote for the work on my car, only adding onto it due to extra work that I requested. They even finished the work on my car early, and called me after their shop had closed (on a Friday no less) to let me know I could come pick it up, so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. I’d say that’s going above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciated it! My only very small issue is that they didn’t stick to the times they said they’d call me about certain things (the quote and the timeline for the work), but I know they’re rather busy (deservedly so!) and it wasn’t a problem for me to just call them myself. I’d definitely recommend them (and even came to them because several people I knew had recommended them, including the guys at O’Reilly’s), and will be returning for any work needed on my car. Thank you!
