They were ok st first but then they tried to file with my insurance incorrectly and tried telling me that it's my responsibility to call The insurance company and deal with them. But because they are in network, it is their responsibility to contact the insurance company and they would not. So after I called Delta dental and spoke with that lady. She said that all my stuff has been taken care of and it's because they're trying to file it. Incorrectly is why it's trying to show that I owe them a $1000 that I don't know and when on the Aspen dental is trying to fight and argue with me about it when I've already done their job, because they're too lazy to actually do it.

We were billed in 2/2023 on a care credit card obtained through aspen dental for dental work was supposed to be done in 2/2023. Due to an emergency health situation, that service had to be postponed till 6/2023. We received our first bill due 3/2023 we paid all the bills on time and after the service was done in 6/2023 we paid off the entire amount billed to the credit card in 7/2023. now 3/2024 we receive a bill for $665 for the service that was supposed to be paid in full form the credit card. We did not see any letters or statements until 3/4/2024 and the first billing closing date on the statement for the service was on 3/5/2023. I tried calling aspen dental to discuss this issue, that resulted in me being on hold for over an hour. This is NOT acceptable by any standard.

Waste of time. Went into get a hardliner but had to be treated as a new patient after 5 years. Just to be told I need to schedule a full day starting at 8;00am for the liner.

I didn’t like that it was a different dentist from two months ago. But everyone there was super friendly
