We visited the store on 10/14 and the young assistant manager’s service (I believe his name is Brandon) exceeded our expectations. I had business with t mobile and Verizon in the past, this experience was exceptional. He was friendly very professional competent and knowledgeable. Usually these kind of ppl talk so fast and confuses you, I felt they even talk down to you, just want your money, but this manager took the time to explain things thoroughly and didn’t mind repeat, so we were able to make informed decisions. The best the most pleasant experience I ever had with phone shopping and ended up buying $50+ case because he knows and explains everything!!

The workers were very helpful and nice! I really appreciated their answers and input. Brandon and Jordan G were the best people who have ever helped us with phones from any company. They were knowledgeable, competent, and gave prompt, polite, and complete service, getting done everything we needed help with!

The manager of the store was little to no help and rude. The man attempting to help us appeared he didn't know what he was doing. When asking his manager for help she made it seem a bother or was unavailable. We were the only customers in the store! I was told they are not part of AT&T but rather contract with AT&T so they couldn't do the same offers as AT&T and I "would need to do what I want online." Manager was very very rude. Waisted close to 2 hours of my day only to leave with no answers or a change in my plan. I will never do business with Winona AT&T again EVER!

They don’t keep to what they say. I’m good a phone I didn’t want and they said that they would get the one that I want in the next day but they never got the phone. I’m very upset about that.

Watch the prices that they have posted on their pre-paid phones, won't be what they advertise as. Stopped here to get my mother a phone so that she could have something with gps to help her get back home, which was about 3 1/2 hours from this location. So we picked out the lowest price smart phone on the pre-paid accounts. It was marked at $30 but ended up paying $60 plus fees for the same phone.

I went to this store on October 12th looking for a new phone. The manager was very nice and helpful at first. I purchased a phone signing me into a contract for two and a half years and spent 5 hours that day total getting this phone set up. In addition to my time I also spent $40 on a case, screen protector, and chargers most of this was specific to that generation of phone that couldn’t be used once I purchased a new phone. The next day I get a call saying that unfortunately I didn’t qualify for this deal and it was just a mix up so either I could return the phone with no compensation for my time or I could pay an extra $300. When I mentioned my frustration about my wasted time and money I was told that she was “done having the conversation”, “there is nothing I can do”, and if she had to hang up on me she would. This mix up was 100% the managers mistake and she took no responsibility for the problem and offered no solutions to fix her mistake. After hours on the phone and three days later I was offered store credit and a different generation of phone. I also asked for the district manager to call me just to discuss the frustration with the manager and company. It has now been almost three months and I have not received the store credit and the manager at this location now seems to be avoiding my calls. This location is good until there is a problem, there is zero customer service once you have become a problem to them and there is zero problem solving skills. If you need help this is a great place to go but if there are any issues do not expect them to get resolved.

There service is pricey ,,,att and Verizon take advance of a small town..about 35 dollars more a month for identical service.

Jesse was literally amazing. She stayed with me past store hours, spent SO much time on the phone with so many people, and didn’t give up on me. This girl, and her manager Jayme, who was also helping from home, deserve 10/5 stars. I can’t thank them enough ❤️

Was on the phone with customer service and Samsung for hours to try and get my contacts that got lost during a transfer and got nowhere so I decided to go to the store and told Jamie what my issue was and she resolved it in a matter of no time got all my contacts back and she was very helpful and professional about it would recommend going there with any issues you have.
