When we returned they checked in on us giving us an update and had the new tires on the car! The lower price made the drive from LaCrosse worth it, yet it was the service that will bring us back.”

Dave Griffen was my sales consultant and did a great job of answering any questions I had regarding the features and estimated costs along with keeping me updated on estimated delivery times. Once I took delivery of the vehicle Dave explained the technical features of the car and Brady explained all of the electronics and techy stuff in a way that I could understand. Rory, Business Manager, was very professional and efficient with respect to the mounds of paperwork involved in the purchase of a new vehicle. Ryan, the Sales Manager was wonderful to work with. “Usually, I am too busy to leave reviews, but these guys deserve one! Didn’t go to Joe’s by choice, but I am happy we found them. I broke down on a drive from lacrosse to Twin Cities and just happen to be near their shop when it happened. Ironically, there was a shop up the street that we hit first on the way to Joe’s (I won’t mention names )but the mechanic gave me an outlandish diagnosis by peeking at it quickly, but it was clear to me. He just didn’t want to tackle my issue! I am not a mechanic, but very mechanical and know the repair would have been a pain in the butt, but Joe’s still took it on and did it at a very reasonable price. This happened late in the day when they were nearing closing time, but John stayed past closing time until a ride of ours came to retrieve us. They did the repair on the following day and in a very timely manner so I could get back on the road again quickly. If I lived in Winona, these guys would probably be my number one mechanics! The guy that worked on my Ford F150 was a master mechanic at Ford prior to working here at Joe’s so if I have problems with my truck again, I may possibly even take the one and a half hour drive down there to have them work on it! As most people probably know it is very difficult to find a good mechanic!”

“I had Ken's paint my sun faded/scorched bumpers on my 2012 Mustang I purchased recently that spent most it's days in Florida. They also installed a new from air dam/valance which was broken. They did a superb job matching the bumper color to the car, which is Kona Blue Metallic, and a great job installing the air dam. All done skillfully and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any body work!”
“I bought Goodson’s pneumatic valve spring press a couple months back. The price almost choked me but I needed something to help with disassembly/assembly of overhead cam valve springs. I took a chance on this tool and I want to report that it is well worth the $$. Jobs that used to take 2 hrs are now complete in 15 minutes—I’m not exaggerating! I no longer dread working on these heads. This tool is right up there with their diamond valve guide hone in terms of “greatness”. Thx!”
“Dylan is one of the best. I had a tire, possible wheel bearing issue. Dylan squeezed me into his busy schedule. He went above and beyond to get me on the road again. Checking all my tires, brakes and the possible wheel bearing issue. I felt that I was in good hands and could drive away from my appointment without any worries of breaking down on the road due to tire issues. Repair prices are very reasonable. This is a small town, family business, with photo's of his children in the office, he even has a childs riding toy in the office.”

“GREAT service. EXCELLENT display of professionalism and subject matter expertise. Our motor home developed a malfunction on two spark plugs wiring hardness and coils, which interrupted the east-bound return leg of our month long trip. We were attended by Deb, one of the owners, who told us to visit the location to have the issue looked at right away. Jake, the technician, diagnosed and addressed the issue right away. We were assisted with a near-by location to stay overnight and a timeframe for the repairs. We were on the road by 1300 the very next day.

“I needed a tire taken off the rim and one tire put on the rim. They were very busy and had all their bays filled with vehicles doing extensive work on them. Yet they took the time to help me out with in their eyes was a small job. But still treated me with respect. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone who asks me where to have tire work done around Winona. Hands down way better than fleet farm or Walmart. I believe that the big guys need to look at what they are doing because the little guy beats their pants off period.”
