STAY AWAY! AVOID @ ALL COSTS. He recently took over a tax & accounting service in Rochester that was wonderful and had been doing my taxes for years. Now since he is the new owner it has gone downhill fast. Was quoted 3-4 weeks to have my taxes done in Feb. It's been over a month & I have not heard anything. Called numerous times & left messages. No one has returned my phone call. Finally my husband went in person & was told they could not find our paperwork. I've been calling non stop waiting for an answer. How the heck does paperwork go missing? Did you fail organization 101 and customer service 101? Stay away. I am going to be contacting BBB.

Horrible customer service, doesn't answer or return phone calls and never meets tax deadlines. So it forces you to file an extension. Then promises deadlines and always has many excuses why he didnt get your taxes done, and five more months go by and still not done. Also plays games with billing, tries to overcharge.

I don't suggest using his services. He did nothing, but cause problems then attacked my father and business partner. So we left. Well help claimed he kept doing my taxes that year, so I now have a judgment to pay him $300 for two emails I sent. BEWARE of this man and his company.

I've heard nothing but bad things about this company! I can't think of a single positive thing to say about them except maybe my wallet would be lighter than it was before... Would never recommend except to recommend STAY AWAY!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but in this case, it's well deserved. There are many problems dealing with this firm including how they screen your calls. After leaving a message they wont return your calls. Since you can never reach the CPA himself and lucky (not) if you reach the secretary vs the answering machine she knows nothing and is trained to not answer any questions. The billing system is designed to deceive and rates are double to triple what we are now paying. If your a business with a more complex return he will push to file extensions and struggle to meet the deadlines, if at all. Have any questions about your bill? He will make you pay the phony bill first and then refuse to answer any questions. We were being billed twice for the same services, not credited with payment and then sent a bill with all the charges changed to reflect higher amounts. Asked to view returns and sign before efile and refused. After switching firms and talking with other CPAs and attorneys all advised to steer clear of odd practices and red flags which are countless in doing business with this firm. By far the worst business, customer service experience I've had in over 25 years in business.
