Just finished an energizing Men’s Workout and was pushed to my limit. I looked around during the routine and could feel the intensity of the other guys!! Christian & Chelsea do an amazing job for all fitness levels! Thanks for the 5 Star Experience!!

Fitness Mentality is the exact gym I’ve been looking for! The classes have a lot of variety and the trainers are always willing to help you , and they guide you thru a nutrition plan! I was one who never woke up at 4:15 to go to the gym, but I’ve been doing it for 4 weeks now because I love this gym!!!

I highly recommend Fitness Mentality. Whether you're looking for a place to do individual work outs, circuit classes, personal training, a group of great people that I call my second family, support from the owner/trainer and his team (literally at any time), meal and or shopping help.... honestly, you won't regret it. This journey has given me far more than great work outs, toned muscles and weight loss.... it's given me a place where I'm cheered on, encouraged and cared about on an individual level. You honestly won't find a better gum.

This place is great. Welcoming atmosphere, group classes throughout the day to match whatever your schedule may be, can come in and use the gym when there isn’t classes going on (24/7). The trainers are very knowledgeable, and will help you get to whatever your goal may be. I can’t suggest this place enough.

What an awesome place! I was looking for a gym that I could walk into and not have to worry about what I was doing when I walked in the door. That’s just it, I don’t! Christian pulls all that together for you. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in workouts, meal preparation and wants you to succeed. Only thing I wish I could change is, I wish I would have walked through the door sooner!!

Highly recommend Fitness Mentality. I started here when they opened their doors in Winona and so glad I did! Christian has given me all the tools, motivation and drive I needed to completely change my health and fitness and to keep striving to be better than yesterday, both physically and mentally. The environment is one of a kind....fun, energetic, motivating, positive! It's truly a spot for all ages and all abilities!

Months back I was in search of a gym/personal trainer that would help me take control of my health and fitness goals. Fitness Mentality was just what I was looking for. A super clean well-kept atmosphere with professional well-trained staff. Christian offers very professional high quality personal training that with consistency will provide solid results! Christian is super knowledgeable, motivating, and always puts safety first in every gym session. Christian has never given up on me and helped me to meet and exceed goals that I never thought were possible. Christian takes the time to check in on my nutrition and make sure I’m on track to continue to meet my fitness goals. I didn’t think I would be where I am today and I have Fitness Mentality and Christian to thank for that! I look forward to and have loved every personal training session and class I’ve gone to. With the help of Fitness Mentality, I am excited to see how my health and fitness goals progress!
