“My daughters, granddaughters and I came up from Arkansas for a family reunion the weekend of July 26th. We stayed in room 203. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was also clean and inviting. It was local to several stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The best part of the room was that it stayed dark in the morning lol, no bright sun coming in the window waking you up. When we come back up we have family to stay with but if we need a hotel, we’ll come back to the Riverport Inn(with a request of room 203 if it’s available)”

“Stayed at this hotel yesterday as was passing through town for work.
The selection of this hotel was based off the review rating and location.
Upon arriving: noticed a nice restaurant attached to hotel but unfortunately closed due to later in evening. This was a bummer but do understand restaurants cant believe open late if not enough customers.
At time of checking in: the staff was very pleasant. They also informed me this was a small and privately owned hotel and not a large chain. I was pleased on this as I love supporting small and or family businesses.”

“Good value for the price. Expect a 2 star atmosphere with a 5 star staff. Yes, the rooms aren’t perfect and could use some cosmetic fixes, but the on site management and staff made you feel like you were special. Housekeeping was so friendly and kept checking in during my week long stay just to be sure I was okay. I stayed with my dog for a small fee in a room convenient to taking her outside for breaks. Bed was comfy. Air conditioner could probably use service or replacing because it had a hard time keeping up with the heat and humidity, resulting in some residual dampness. Light breakfast included (muffins, bananas, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt).

Ample parking, conveniently located. Match your expectations to the price you're paying and you’ll be happy. I would absolutely stay again if I’m in the area.”
