She was so attentive to details, pointing out things on virtual tours I probably wouldn’t have noticed in person. She was always keeping us informed and prepared for any possible outcomes, staying a couple steps ahead of the game. She was patient and understanding. With some realtors it really feels about the sale but it never was with her, I felt like she genuinely cared about our satisfaction and finding the right home for us personally. I don’t know that being a therapist is part of her job title but caught onto my emotions and tears through the phone and gently talked me through the stresses of home buying. Despite how chaotic our home buying ended up being, Katie (and our lender Dawn) made it all possible!
