Poor customer service! I prepaid for my 20 gallond with my Hyvee gas rewards. After 5.5 gallons the pump turned off the full price of gas popped up. And there is nothing they would do for me.
Talked with corperate Sinclair they couldn't help either I guess

The only place in Winona that accepts the Hy-Vee fuel saver card and tonight I went to get fuel knowing how much I had on the fuel saver card and he proceeds to tell me that I have nothing on the card. The new employee is very rude and blames Hy-Vee for the problem and told me I was wrong, the thing is that when I get fuel in Rochester with the fuel saver card I always get ithe full amount. I definitely don't recommend getting anything at this gas station. Go to Kwik Trip, at least the employees are kind.

I have been a loyal customers for many years. The new owners fired everyone of the non family employees. On top of this they are rude to customers and the store is no longer the friendly experience many in the community came to enjoy.

New owners fired all current employees including one that had over 25 years there with no warning. I will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.
