Nice quiet little store, primarily used for returning equipment from what I’ve experienced. The few times I’ve visited were just to drop off items, so I can’t speak much about other services. Staff were polite and efficient during my visits. The location is convenient, and the process was always quick. It’s a no-frills spot that serves its purpose well for returns. Located in the old mall.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Have not had service for 3 days,service technician was a no show was told 3 other times that I would receive a call to reschedule and guess what no one has called back to reschedule URRR THE Company clearly needs to take a good look at there upper management and employees. What a complete failure of a company!!

They sick. Trid canceling my account for 2 months always on hold 30 to 45 minutes. I don't have time for that. Been with them for 11 hrs. Rip offs.

My wife and I keep getting plastic mailers in the mail even though we've been requested multiple times for many months going on almost a year now to have our names removed from the mailing list because spectrum service is terrible. They do not listen and continue to send mailers that are irrelevant. I don't even have a business service at this address and they send me mailers for that. Do not get charter spectrum they are terrible.

Going to leave many reviews. I have called for months on end trying to get them to stop sending me mailers with plastic in it and they continue to send me mailers with plastic in it even though I've been removed from the mailing list multiple times for my name my wife's name and current resident and now they're making up names to send me plastic I will be creating more accounts to leave negative reviews for as many of these mailers as I get.

The two store representatives in Winona, and the Tech from LaCrosse who came to my home to install have all been totally awesome and very easy to work with.However, it is very difficult to work with some (not all) of the telephone people.It's become my experience of the 'Too many chefs in the kitchen spoil the broth'.

Went in and talked to whichever lady was working. Felt rushed and not respected. Immediately got an attitude after miscommunication. Not my fault you work in a dying mall, lady.

0 stars if Google allowed. We switched to our local HBC and so glad we did. Spectrum’s “technician” came to the building we live in and disconnected our internet so they could plug there’s in for another apartment. The worst part is that they left ours unplugged. When we called spectrum’s customer support, all they had to say was that, “if it’s in the way then we disconnect and your provider needs to come fix yours.” HBC came out and said that spectrum is notorious for this and that the “technician” was too lazy to run a line for his own internet and instead used HBC’s line. Support your local internet provider and not this shady franchise.

Service was good when we had it, but we were looking to cut back on the cost. Called in to cancel and they told us that they don't do retroactive refunds, so I kept the service even though we couldn't use it (yeah, d*** on my part). When the time comes to cancel our serivce, I took our equipment to the local store so I could cancel and they told me the primary (my husband) had to cancel it. Went home and called in again and I was able to cancel it. Then get an email this week saying we get retroactive pay for canceling with them!!@ AND when I went to cancel the internet the second time over the phone, they said our account was set at the original speed of 100Mb and their new standard was 300mb. So why didn't they automatically upgrade our speed to their new "standard service"?? Grrrr. Just got a check for $1.25 from them.

If I could give you a zero I would! The mgr of the Spectrum sales is the rudest business man or “ carnival salesman “ I’ve ever dealt with! VERY IMMATURE !! Trying to get resolution for a phone they sold and washed there hands of is the worst customer service ever! I couldn’t even get a phone number from the company they purchased and sell phones through. Watching an immature salesman squirm when you try to hold them accountable. It was quite entertaining when he threatened to call the police for his claim I was rude by holding him accountable. The only dangerous threat was coming from the owner and manager of this “carnival hypnotist salesman!” NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM THIS SPECTRUM STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN THE PHONE QUITS WORKING AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET A CUSTOM SERVICE NUMBER OF THE PHONE MANUFACTURE THEY BOUGHT IT FROM!
