I have just had the most wonderful experience at the T-Mobile store in Winona Minnesota. I am a 76 year-old recently widowed woman who is very distraught about almost everything and after a horrible experience with the T-Mobile stand inside the Costco store in Rochester on Sunday I have been without any communication for several days while I waited for the equipment to arrive somehow there in efficiency and lack of expert Left me without a phone 1500 miles away from home while I was trying to arrange a surgical procedure back in Virginia.this mobile store in Winona, however, with Jake at the helm assisted by Gabriel And Ian has been one of the best experiences of my life, and I am saying that as someone who is nearly phobic when it comes to, any kind of device that requires a brain I’m very grateful to them and look forward to new adventures in learning with my brand new phone and my new watch hats off to Winona. They’re very lucky.

Wow! Worked with a salesman named Austin (coincidentally) and he was incredibly nice and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend going to T-Mobile and seeing him!

Switched to T-Mobile recently. The experience at the Winona store was terrific. Worked with a salesperson by the name of Ian, very knowledgeable and informative and the manager Jake, very professional and courteous. Kudos to the Winona T-Mobile store, thanks guys!

I can't say enough about this location, but especially Jake... He spent an hour and a half with me yesterday (which he didn't have to do) to help me switch carriers and activate a phone that I received from tele-sales. The phone arrived without instructions on how to switch carriers and activate. He could've given me a bunch of numbers to call, but he took care of everything for me and I left with a working phone. Thanks Jake! I love my phone and service!!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I came in and the didn't have the equipment I needed so they took my number and called me ASAP when the devices came in. The staff AND manager took the time to help me set up my home internet device and explained hownit all works. In now seriously thinking about quitting Verizon all together. The customer service here blows any other company out of the water. (So far). The 5g home internet is amazing!!!

The staff and support from the Winona, MN T-Mobile store is hands down the best and easiest phone purchasing experience I have had. Jake and Jordan made the process seamless and quick. They made sure that all of the apps and devices we purchased had full functionality and were set up to go the minute we walked out the door. I couldn't say more about how great this team is to work with!

I would give Jake at T-Mobile a 6 out of 5 stars! Exceptionally customer service. He really listens and is remarkably knowledgeable. He put me at ease with my phone issues and was extremely kind and helpful. We need more people like Jake in customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hey, I just want to say that I have never had a better experience buying a phone and other devices from T-Mobile. It's like something I've never experienced before. I've met three different people here in two visits and every one of them has gone way way way above and beyond. They have spent time with me teaching me educating me talking me off the ledge after working with another nameless horrible giants internet provider. I had just come from a situation where it was oversold products that were unrealistic and unhelpful for me. I lost $500 on the process because they charged for starting a service stopping a service. I did trade-ins for two beautiful devices and they paid me only $11 for each because I broke the contract after 9 days. I had been told I would have a 30The grace period. The company I'm speaking of of course rhymes with horizon. Good enough folks work there but the company has savagely, unkind and unfair charges. So enough about the trauma. Get yourself down to T-Mobile and find somebody that really gives a damn about customer service and finding you the absolute perfect device for you. I have never felt rushed but only supported and guided in every single way. Jake, Nick and blessed sweet guy Rashad have all restored my faith in a sometimes prickly and hostile world. T-Mobile is your friend, my friend.

Most amazing customer experience ever, so helpful and knowledgeable! I live right down the road from the Onalaska location but they have been unwilling to help and didn't seem to care enough to look into the problem I was having. I would much rather drive 30 miles away to go to this location in Winona as they took the time to look into the situation and offered me different solutions. Thank you Winona T-Mobile!

This is an authorized retailer. I went in thinking I had the best deal for us in mind. When I got to the store they knew of yet another deal that was better than the one I thought I wanted. Great staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I went in. Thank you to the team and management. I'll be visiting a lot. Strongly recommend.
