“Usually, I am too busy to leave reviews, but these guys deserve one! Didn’t go to Joe’s by choice, but I am happy we found them. I broke down on a drive from lacrosse to Twin Cities and just happen to be near their shop when it happened. Ironically, there was a shop up the street that we hit first on the way to Joe’s (I won’t mention names )but the mechanic gave me an outlandish diagnosis by peeking at it quickly, but it was clear to me. He just didn’t want to tackle my issue! I am not a mechanic, but very mechanical and know the repair would have been a pain in the butt, but Joe’s still took it on and did it at a very reasonable price. This happened late in the day when they were nearing closing time, but John stayed past closing time until a ride of ours came to retrieve us. They did the repair on the following day and in a very timely manner so I could get back on the road again quickly. If I lived in Winona, these guys would probably be my number one mechanics! The guy that worked on my Ford F150 was a master mechanic at Ford prior to working here at Joe’s so if I have problems with my truck again, I may possibly even take the one and a half hour drive down there to have them work on it! As most people probably know it is very difficult to find a good mechanic!”

By far the nicest people and best customer service I have ever dealt with. Very honest and upfront about everything. They give you a detailed report of inspection where a lot of other places don't. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles here.”

“My friends and I were just passing through to get to the cities and then BOOM! We found out our tire was going flat because our tire valve stem was damaged. We called everyone in the area and no one could fit us in until later in the week. We felt so hopeless. We needed it done urgently because we’re broke and no where to stay.

Until we called Andrew the service worker and he said he could see if the techs could fit us in! We left the car in their care, went shopping next door, had lunch, and TADAH came back to see our car getting fixed. We were jumping, crying, and shouting. Andrew gave us hope and BOB THE GREATEST TECH FIXED OUR CAR. Even made sure all of our other tires were okay. Plus we only spent abt $25 for it lol.

We love them so much. They were fully booked yet still managed to get us fixed up by 2:30 ON A SATURDAY! Lots of love and we appreciate the effort they put into helping us. Thanks for the five star experience. We don’t even live here but we’re loyal customers now. In Bob we trust. In Fleet Farm we trust. Love yall so much. ❤️”

“Nice friendly put the tire upside down on the trailer and put it on top of the chain we use to lift up the tire. Busted a board as he was putting the tire on and he fastened the tie downs wrong. But otherwise they were good.”
