“My friends and I were just passing through to get to the cities and then BOOM! We found out our tire was going flat because our tire valve stem was damaged. We called everyone in the area and no one could fit us in until later in the week. We felt so hopeless. We needed it done urgently because we’re broke and no where to stay.

Until we called Andrew the service worker and he said he could see if the techs could fit us in! We left the car in their care, went shopping next door, had lunch, and TADAH came back to see our car getting fixed. We were jumping, crying, and shouting. Andrew gave us hope and BOB THE GREATEST TECH FIXED OUR CAR. Even made sure all of our other tires were okay. Plus we only spent abt $25 for it lol.

We love them so much. They were fully booked yet still managed to get us fixed up by 2:30 ON A SATURDAY! Lots of love and we appreciate the effort they put into helping us. “We had the pleasure of dealing with Adam after we noticed one of the tires on our camper was almost ready to blow. We are members of the Good Sam Club and being several miles from home and we contacted them for assistance. They in turn contacted the Goodyear Shop in Winona and Adam was sent to assist us. Within a couple hours after we made our first phone call, Adam pulled up to our campsite in a campground about 30 miles from Winona. Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within an hour, Adam had the tire replaced with our spare. Adam showed us how to tell how old our tires were and we discovered that the tires were nearly 10 years old and at the end of their useful life. Because of the good service we received from Adam, we decided to pull our camper to the Goodyear Shop in Winona to have four new tires installed on our camper before we traveled the 300 miles back home. We explained to the staff at the Winona Goodyear that we were traveling and we wanted to get on the road as soon as possible. They were more than willing to accommodate us to get us in as soon as possible to replace all four tires. The staff at the Goodyear shop were also wonderful to deal with. I Highly recommend the Goodyear shop in Winona and Adam if you are in need of tires.”
