“I needed a tire taken off the rim and one tire put on the rim. They were very busy and had all their bays filled with vehicles doing extensive work on them. Yet they took the time to help me out with in their eyes was a small job. But still treated me with respect. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone who asks me where to have tire work done around Winona. Hands down way better than fleet farm or Walmart. I believe that the big guys need to look at what they are doing because the little guy beats their pants off period.”

“Shout out to Nate at Tom's Lock Service! My 90-something neighbor lost his keys on a frigid December night and knocked on our door. We called Tom's, and Nate was there in 20 minutes. He was extremely patient and went far beyond what I expected. Nate wouldn't leave until my neighbor had the right keys for the right doors. He even labeled them and put them on the proper key rings for my neighbor to avoid any confusion. When I'm 90, cold, confused and locked out of my house, I want a guy like Nate to help me.”
