Lobby locked on Friday evening, Dec. 19, 2025. I drove 5 mi. to drop off a package which is now delayed by days because of the weekend. Waste of time, gas and energy in this cold, windy weather. I'm giving you 3 stars instead of 1 because the clerks at the counter are the best. Your lobby attendant apparently isn't.

Queen is amazing! She was quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. My two siblings and I were in and out in no time. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, even though we had no appointment and arrived after the allotment time.Thank you, Queen, for helping a couple kids who had no clue what they were doing.
