Waste of time. All they do is send you off with a number, that'll go offshore bc Verizon moved all the IT out of the USA. I'm not even sure you can buy a phone there. In the last month I've gone in for numerous IT issues between 2 accounts, today I went in to cancel a plan on. A tablet and change/update a plan on a phone, they sent me out with a number and to use the app even after I expressed that I get confused with the app and that I'm more of a visual learner and wanted to talk through the plans WITH them before I called to switch it. Wasted 20 minutes of my time, saying they would and then just signed me into my account gland then gave me a # and said to call that.
Verizon in-store used to call the number with me.instore to help if needed. I'm honestly disappointed and will probably be changing my service after 10+ years bc what am I paying 90+ for if it's just going off shore.

If I could give Verizon a negative score it would be at the very minimum a -10. Since I switched to VERIZON it has been a nightmare. (1). I ordered online an iPad AND an iPhone 14. Waited 1 week then called searching for the equipment. The package had been returned to a factory in Texas (I live in Minnesota) due to an incorrect address. Told I could go to Verizon store located at Frontenac Avenue to pick up phone and an iPad would be mailed. Received both. Billing time rolls around and it is $257. <shock> … and this is with a free phone and discounted iPad. Next month billing $350+. After visiting store and meeting with store manager: discovered I was being charged for 5 lines!!! Two iPads and two iPhone14s and internet. Factory had received returned iPad and iPhone but kept on billing me for them. (2) Joined Amazon PRIME in October. Billed Nov and Dec only to discover that when attempting to order from Amazon in Dec that my phone number (from VERIZON) was linked to someone else’s email address. SO I could not order from an account I was paying for and could not close the account due to someone else’s email address linked to my phone number. Verizon’s suggestion was that I should open up another Amazon account.This has happened with 3 other companies and who knows how many more companies are out there there with my phone number and someone else’s email. MAX, the Verizon associate, indicated that when weird things like this occur I should simply open up another account. What??The final straw was MAX walking away from us saying he had another customer. The ultimate in rude, horrible customer service.Even though this has resulted in the loss of hours of time and headaches, and a considerable costfor me to get out of my contract, I refuse to stay with a company who WILL NOT correct the obvious error in assigning me an invalid phone number and treats me, the customer, with such rudeness.

Got double charged $744.25 so $1488.50 taken out of my account on Dec 15th still not returned. Going to contact a lawyer so Verizon is held accountable for their screw up right before the holidays. Put a HUGE financial strain on my family we did need during a holiday.

Worst customer service ever, never been so disappointed in the support from this store... Sent my phone in and said i would get a credit, but changed my plan and will not give me credit... Will not repond to texts or answer phone calls. They will delay and delay when there is a problem and then tell me it is too late to deal with the issue. I am now without a phone and no credit for the phone that they stole from me. They refuse to help. This has been going on for over a year and it is unacceptable. I would recommend going to another location. This post will be given one star, but only because i have to put a star in.. The store does not even deserve one star for their customer service efforts....

The services were good, and they cleaned the charging port inside my phone, and it's much better! Also, they did offer me to get home internet plan, which I told that I just moved here, and I looked it was not available in the area, they said can use my old address it'll work with the plan so I brought it the package home and gave it try, yes it works! I loved it, and their price for the plan is very affordable, and the speed is excellent! Thank you, Verizon Winona!

The services were good, and they cleaned the charging port inside my phone, and it's much better! Also, they did offer me to get home internet plan, which I told that I just moved here, and I looked it was not available in the area, they said can use my old address it'll work with the plan so I brought it the package home and gave it try, yes it works! As a business customer and I have a 45 minute wait and then they come and tell me every 10 minutes it's going to be 10 minutes more when I literally have 10 minutes of questions that's it I went to a different Verizon store and they answered all my questions and under 10 minutes this place is pathetic

I bought a cell phone for $1,100.00. I didn't check it there, when I got home the screen was bad, it flashed and turned black, I'm supposed to have 14 days to change the device, I went back to the store and they didn't want to change it, I had to call customer service, customer service He told me that they had to change it, they refused to change it and tomorrow I will be filing a legal complaint with the Winona authorities.
DO NOT BUY THERE THEY ARE CHEATERS.
