Brought load of totes from Houston TX and they secured the load with a cable lock. The guy in Shipping and receiving here a K-Way said he doesn't have bolt cutters and we would have to get the lock off by twisting it and hitting it with a hammer or something. We have never been to this location and didn't know where to go so we went around to the back and saw trucks and knocked on a door. The shipping receiving guy was very abrupt and unpleasant. He's a bigger guy and is a bit intimidating making my wife very uneasy and uncomfortable. Very disappointed at the horrible treatment by this man.

This place is tricky unless you picked up previously. If you come out from Andy Ave take a left into 1st St N and then turn right at the end of the building by the 2 polls and you’ll see dock door 1. Then continue drive on the back of the building where shipping office is located. Also they load very fast but shipping office is a bit strange people who don’t lake to be ask anything.

Easy place to find and load. Will load before appt time and has overnight parking. Guy in shipping was kinda coarse but think he was upset with brokers
