We had a great experience doing business with Vance Haugen. He worked with us to get the configuration of shelving to meet our needs at the price point that we were looking for.
Lori in the office was friendly and efficient to assist us.
Aaron drove the forklift and helped us load the trailer and truck. His forklift driving skills were amazingly on point!

Twenty phone calls and emails over two weeks only got CYA responses. Sales could not quote the prices right, shipping could not quote the freight right, they used the wrong shipping address. Then they wanted more a couple hundred more for the sales misquote and a couple hundred more for additional freight. Then when pressed for a tracking number they finally explained they use a freight consolidator for gypo truckers who may need a load out of their location so they have no idea when the shipping may occur. So I cancelled and got a speedy refund. One phone call the same day I cancelled to another company got the exact same order shipped the next day and delivered two days later. Can't explain how they get so many good reviews as bad as my experience was. I would not even try them out from the clown car routine I got.

I worked with Justin Erkenbrack on our racking project from start to finish at our new cold storage facility. Justin and his team were professional, timely and committed to completing the job. Myself and the team appreciated the flexibility and willingness to adapt as we navigated the large project. I would highly recommend SJF and I look forward to working with them in the future!

My salesperson was Janae. I started with an order of what could fit then realized it wouldn't be safe for me to store things that high. Janae was friendly and cheerfully modified my original quote. I felt like she wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. She was detail oriented and very clear about what I was ordering. I appreciate that considering I'm driving 330 miles each way.

Quoted me a price with freight and then came back stating freight doubled and that I was supposed to cover the cost. If I canceled my order then I would be charged a 25% restock fee. Also took over 3 weeks for my order to ship. My other option ended up being cheaper with 2 day shipping vs 3 weeks. Would not recommend.

I worked with Kendal Kalamaha from SJF Material Handling and it could not have been better! I browsed the SJF website looking at New racking for our Business, Rollx Vans. I was having a hard time making up my mind as to whether it would be better to get new or used. Kendal stepped in and gave me a quote for both options and sent me pictures of the Used racking to verify that it was in good shape, which it definitely was. Ultimately, we went with New since the price was relatively similar and we were given a discount. Kendal arranged shipping and it was dropped off to our warehouse within a few days! This process could not have been easier, we are very satisfied and would definitely work with SJF and Kendal again!

I have worked on multiple industrial shelving projects with Kendal Kalamaha at SJF over the past several years. He has always been thorough, professional and very detailed. I ask a lot of questions and he patiently answers all of them promptly. The materials we get from them are always in great shape and work as expected. All costs are clear and quoted up front and there are no surprises. At Wilson Tool, we only use SJF for all of our shelving projects. Thanks Kendal!

Janae Witte was absolutely wonderful assisting us with custom sized pallet decking. She walked us thru the measuring process and our new decks fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

I called SJF on Friday because we needed to have a broken upright replaced. They responded with a quote within 1/2 hour. They were able to schedule time on the next Monday to replace the upright. The two men who came out were punctual, very knowledgeable and competent, personable and even cleaned up before leaving. We will definitely use SJF again the next time we need help with racking.
