I rarely write customer reviews, but I want to give a huge compliment to Matt. He was incredibly helpful to my family when we added two more lines and purchased an additional phone. He went above and beyond to help us save money by exploring different options, using apps, and quickly calculating costs in his head without a calculator. His knowledge and efficiency made the process smooth and stress-free.

Very disappointed very rude service From AT&T staff, I wish I never went to do the exchange of my phone. Everyone there was ignorant, with their ignorance, they let me out of store with halfway settings on my iPhone. incapable staff for nothing, Every question I ask through the settings for my New iPhone The staff answer was : I hate iPhones I don’t wanna deal with iPhone or I don’t know anything about iPhones, etc. it was like I went to McDonald’s to ask for iPhone, by the way, I had to put a One star to do the post on Google otherwise, they don’t deserve even that

Unfriendly service, rep made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience and annoyance. They charge you a fee to ask them any questions about help with transferring data from old to new phone. They don’t want to talk to you. They are not properly trained to understand their system and unprepared to effectively and efficiently transact your business with them. Will never return, never. Just really awful, shockingly bad.

DJ was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I normally dread going to get a new phone because of the long wait but he had me in an out within an hour and got everything transferred over from my old phone to my new phone so effortlessly. Definitely the best phone store experience I’ve had! :)

Difficult to find, Bad directions online! Sales person was quick but was more intrested in the tv then in doing his job! He was supose to give me a paper receipt and email me one also! Nethier Happened! When calling back to get one sent the sales person was RUDE! I understand they can't get in my account but there was no excuse for his attitude! Now I'm waiting for a call back from At&t in over a hour! Totally ridiculous! Won't shop at this store again!

I came in because I was in the area and ended up upgrading to the new Samsung s24 ultra and I was helped and set up by Steph, she was knowledgeable and efficient in helping me get a new phone and get it set up, she's great!

The sales person was very helpful and told me about the discount for nurses, which I didn't know about before.
