“I originally rated this bank 1 star, but when I came in to the Woodbury branch they were so nice and really seemed to care. Chad Blair helped me with my business account and gave me some great info for the future even though I came in to close my account. My business does not do enough revenue for this large bank so I switched to a smaller one, but I was very happy with the service and this bank branch really seems to be improving and getting better!!! The staff is awesome!”

“I've had great experiences with this bank in the past year. Dan Thomas-Cummins has been extremely helpful in two very different situations. Each time he has spent over an hour and we walked away with the information we needed and were very satisfied. We have recently moved out of the area and still go back for important items that we need done.”

“I drove to Woodbury from Cottage Grove where I had been waiting for an hour to do a wire transfer. I was immediately attended to by one of their staff Jalane Tura in spite of the fact that this branch is normally busier than Cottage Grove. She was very welcoming and immediately ushered me into her office and helped me with my wire. This branch and the staff is very attentive to the needs of their customers”

“I visited the Wells Fargo branch today around 9:00AM to get a money order, and Emma assisted me. She was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was top notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. She had such a positive attitude and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. You can tell she truly cares about helping customers. Emma is a great asset to this branch, and I really appreciated her help today.”
