Was in the other day and the greeter who was Riley was very rude didn’t even look at me while she greeted and i had a question and she seemed very annoyed by me asking a question. Wouldn’t have a smile on her face, so walked in and walked right out when I was going to even buy some stuff.

I wanted to shop in peace and the workers kept bothering me. I wasnt even in there for 5 minutes and i was asked 4 different times if i needed help, if i needed a fitting room, etc. If i held an item up, a worker had to comment on it or ask me if i wanted to try it on. I explained that i didnt need help, that i was not looking for anything specific, i was just browsing. Please get the hint. I was reluctant to write a review like this because i do understand that they work on commission, but i found it very irritating. I wanted to continue shopping and i had my eye on a few items i wanted to look at, but after the 4th time i was bothered, i couldn't stand it anymore and felt the urge to leave, so i did.

I came in the other day and the very kind Riley greeted me with a smile. She was very helpful on helping me find a belt that I couldn't find elsewhere. She was patient and we need more kind Riley's like her in this world. Also I got my belt in the mail today and I absolutely love it.

I was at Buckle looking for clothes for my bf. While he was trying them on, a worker came up to me and suggested I’d fit great into the jeans he was holding up. They were currently trending. I gave in and tried them on. He was right. They were so comfy and they were actually long enough on me (I’m 6’0”). It’s so hard to find baggy flared jeans that fit perfectly and comfy like that. Happy he brought them to my attention.

Went in for a hat, came out with a whole new look! My sales associate Brooke was absolutely dangerous to my wallet - but in the best way possible! She had such an incredible eye for style and knew exactly what would work for me. Her suggestions were spot-on and her honest feedback made me feel completely comfortable. She turned what could have been a quick errand into a surprisingly fun shopping experience that left me feeling like a million bucks. Fair warning: her expertise is irresistible - your credit card may fall in love with her too! Best shopping experience I've had in years. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve been trying to get my pants refitted from this location but the lady the does it is never in. Why did I buy you’re pants if they don’t fit and I can’t get them shaped down like the employee said I could.

I special ordered a pair of Buckle Blacks for my husband. The pair we received were defective. I took them back to the store to order a new pair and requested they be delivered to my house and the shipping fee be waived for Buckle’s error. The assistant manager Rae refused to waive the fee. Extremely unimpressed with her lack of customer service skills.

Went above and beyond to help me try and find some jeans that a friend said he got at the Buckle. Didn't find them but they offered advice to find them at a different location. Still got 2 pairs of other jeans.
