I special ordered a pair of Buckle Blacks for my husband. The pair we received were defective. I took them back to the store to order a new pair and requested they be delivered to my house and the shipping fee be waived for Buckle’s error. The assistant manager Rae refused to waive the fee. Extremely unimpressed with her lack of customer service skills.

Went above and beyond to help me try and find some jeans that a friend said he got at the Buckle. Didn't find them but they offered advice to find them at a different location. Still got 2 pairs of other jeans.

I purchased a few items online that would be sent to the store. I received an email that my package was delivered . When I went into the store an associate very nice lady told me “it wasn’t there and the weather may have impacted the cause of delay”. I stated to her “it was ok no biggie”. The next day I called before going into the store to inquire about my items and another lady answers and says it will be in Tuesday. Ok I have a toddler and I let it slip my mind so I called back on Wednesday. A lady answers and puts me on hold to check as she stated. She then returns to the phone and stated “it’s not here I looked in the back” she said try calling back tomorrow and we’ll find it for you. She didn’t sound sure about what she was saying so I politely told her “ it’s ok, thank you for your help. At this point I’m wondering where is my package. I called customer service and the Agent Dena puts me on hold and calls the store. She returns back to the line after I had just called the store and tells me that my package was indeed in the store. She apologized for the mishap and stated that there will be a follow up. I head to the store and walk in and immediately ask for a manager. There were two associates standing around doing nothing. One young lady stated that a manager was not available. I told her that I would follow up with a phone call and asked if she could get my package. No apology or anything. Didn’t ask for my identification or order number. Bad experience and lack for customer service. No one even attempted to look for my order until customer service called them. The young lady seem bothered after I gave her my name. Bad service and I will never have items sent to this store again. Definitely more training is needed at this store.

I went shopping, or at least tried to shop, at the Buckle in Woodbury today. I walked around and browsed for at least 10 minutes. The store was quiet, there were many sales associates out. During this time, not one person greeted me or offered assistance. It’s not as if the didn’t see me. Several walked by me. I had not been to this Buckle before. I am used to the stellar service at the stores in Maplewood and Roseville. I had intended on buying some new jeans, but with the absolute lack of customer service, or even acknowledgement of my presence, I left and spent my money elsewhere.

I was looking for a pair of jeans today and one employee (I believe her name was Zoey) was extremely helpful. Will go back when I need jeans again!

I love this store, but employees are borderline harrsssing you. I’m all about working on commission, and if that’s the case, employees need to be trained better. I don’t need someone throwing clothes over the dressing room door AFTER I said over 5 times I. Don’t. Want. Help.

If you do a buy online pick up instore be prepared for them to open and rifle thru your packages. They claim its "customer service" which is ridiculous. They will go thru your things even when you ask them not to. And if you call their customer service depth they will claim that the stores shouldn't be doing this but then have a dm call you and give you a lame text book apology and basically say they will continue to open your items if you ship to store
