I stopped by to ask some advice and was met with the nicest person at the front desk who was very willing to offer some suggestions and ideas. I would certainly recommend coming here-their front desk person was excellent.

The dust gaurd panel or whatever under my car fell off. CALIBER COLLISION was amazing. My son brought the car there for me as I was out of state. Miles had a look and said I must of just got my oil changed (which I did) and that the screws and fasteners were not put on or tightened. He said it was an easy fix and did it right away as my son had a meeting he needed to be at. They fixed it. On top of that, they did not charge my son a dime. They had compassion on me and for that I am eternally grateful. If I need work done on my car again, I will not hesitate to drive the 200 miles to my sons and let Calber do my work. Thankyou CALIBER COLLISION for everything. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caliber Collision in Woodbury , and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. The quality of the repair work was top-notch, and my car looks as good as new! I highly recommend Caliber Collision for anyone in need of auto body repairs.

The weather shield under my mom's car was falling off. I brought the car to Caliber Collision in Woodbury. Gillian was able to quickly assess the problem and contacted Myles, the general manager. Myles was able to get my car fixed right away. Joe quickly replaced all of the broken plastic pins and put new screws in. All in all, I was out in 30 minutes. The customer service and quality of work was exceptional! Will definitely come back if ever I need more autobody work!

They were so helpful!! I needed a hitch pin that was stuck (side note: don’t get one with a self flip-tab!!), and they helped me fix it so easily, efficiently, and for no charge. Thank you so much!!!!!

I filed my claim with my insurance and was supposed to hear from Caliber Collision within 48 hours... but it took 10 days. And then it took an additional 13 days to actually get my vehicle repaired. All I needed was a new windshield.
The windshield replacement took about two hours for the service and calibration. My insurance covered the cost.
The windshield seems fine so far but was very dirty. I've had windshields replaced a few times in my life and never recall them being so dirty. I've even had one location wash my entire car for me.
If your insurance lets you pick other companies for windshield replacement, I'd try them first.

I couldn't be more satisfied with Caliber Collision and how they treated me! Myles and his team provided me with the best service and worked within my price range so well! Rileigh was a gem in the front office and my car window was replaced in no time at all. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Woodbury for all you auto-body needs!

Had our 2015 Expedition brought in for rear end damage after another driver ran into us. They got us in quickly, worked directly with our insurance, assisted with a rental car, ended up finding more damage than initially thought, and STILL had it done earlier than promised! Brian and team did a great job! Highly recommend!

I have already emailed your community email the DAY OF, and there was no response via email. Please cease using that generic reply and take a few seconds to have some sincerity in your response. I have seen your google reviews from other customers and it appears that this is a consistent problem that has not been properly addressed internally.
After submitting two “contact us” forms on their website, emailing the community manager email, and calling their general phone number to speak to a representative & leave a complaint, the general manager reached out to my husband and was able to get the glass repair done in just a few hours. Thankfully I had insisted we leave the car that morning even after Kate had rescheduled us, or else I don’t believe it would have been completed. I’m not sure what happened behind the scenes, but miraculously the glass was replaced quickly. It is absolutely unfortunate that this was our experience and had to jump through many hoops just to get the service that we were promised.

Absolute terrible experience with the auto glass department. Our appointment was scheduled on Monday 7/21 but was rescheduled to today 7/25 due to rain. After we arrived to drop off our car this morning (7/25) at 8am, we received a call from Kate/Katie letting us know that we got rescheduled for next Friday. No call, no warning BEFORE our scheduled appointment time. My husband is too polite to say anything, so I called Kate back to ask why we were rescheduled. She explained to me that she called “last night” to ask if we could drop off the car by 5:30pm and leave it overnight so that they could get to working on it at 7am. However, with that last minute of a call, we were unable to drop off the car AND my husband told me that it was NOT disclosed to him that the technician would be working on the car at 7am. If they wanted to work on the car at 7am, Kate should’ve told us to show up at 7am instead of scheduling somebody else for our appointment time. What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re not going to keep it for your customers? If my husband knew the glass technician wanted to work on the car earlier then we would’ve made something work to get our car in before 7am. Getting to this location is quite a trek for the both of us, and there isn’t a place to comfortably wait for the car to be serviced at this location. There is a small lobby with a few chairs, but it’s not like a dealership that has desks and tables so that you could work while you wait. Therefore, the both of us have to drive there separately and I would drive him home. We both have jobs during the day and taking time on Monday AND today to go back and forth doing has been very frustrating. After explaining this to Kate, she did not acknowledge her wrongdoing or offer any apology. I told her we would be leaving the car at the location and she said the technician will get to the car if they can. At this point I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. There needs to be better communication on scheduling.

I had a terrible terrible experience with the glass replacement service… But the manager of the collision made up for it. I would highly recommend the collision piece of this business, but the glass replacement is not something I would ever use or recommend again. Poor communication, too long and not even the right resources to finish the window replacement right, kept my car for a total of 3 days due to the holiday weekend!
