I could give this place a different rating every time I go. Shoppers there are oblivious and rude, but that's at every Costco I've been in. Woodbury seems to have an exceptional amount, though. But, how the hel do you not have breadcrumbs?

We got a flat in our jet ski trailer and pulled into Costco. Ben and James were so helpful get us back on the road. Ben took time to check our good tire? Only to see the tires were 23 years old. They put two new tires on our trailer and had us back on the road in no time. They were both awesome! They both went above and beyond the call line of duty.

The GM is not focused on customer service and doesn't respond to physical threats from other customers. Instead he offers to refund your membership when a customer threatens physical assault and tells you to meet him outside. He needs training or to be replaced. I will just call the police next time instead of asking to talk to management for help.

I inadvertedly left a new pair of prescription glasses in my grocery cart, unloaded the remainder and pushed the cart into the cart correl. I saw the cart collector take the carts in as I pulled out. I was barely on 494 and discovered the glasses were left in the cart. Went back to store and found nothing. Asked the cart collector if he had seen them, he said yes, he picked them up, then got distracted and thought they maybe floating around the store. He obviously was the last person to see them and have them. Called and came back numerous times and was told to speak to the manager of optical. whose name was Danielle.. A very brief conversation with her explaining what had happened and she said they can't be responsible for lost glasses. I maintain they can be when I saw the cart man take the cart in. I had just left and he said he saw and had them. So much for the glasses.
