Incredible gym. I'm new to weightlifting and recently signed up for Torque's GPP program. Tyler (owner) and all of the other coaches have been very supportive and knowledgable. The facility also has top notch equipment. I find that the class based approach makes working out more fun and approachable. Highly reccomended.

I’ve been attending classes here for about 2 months and LOVE it. Everyone has been extremely supportive. I’m a beginner in fitness and the coaches are wonderful about adapting the exercises for me. Can’t wait to see how torque continues to support me in my exercise journey!
