0 star for pharmacy. Went the the drive through and waited for 10 minutes and no one came. Went inside and there was no one in line, but 3 workers. My prescription has been on hold each time I came in. The last time I came in was 2 weeks ago, had a prescription on hold that they said they'll fill up and I can come back and get it. I told them they can fill up and I'll get it tomorrow since I was not able to wait for it. Came back the next day and it still wasn't filled! They said the same thing, they'll fill it up and I can wait or come back. Again i did not wait. Came back later that day and it still wasn't filled! Finally came back today and it's still on hold. They tried ignoring the fact that I mentioned I came multiple times and just said I can wait or come back. So now I'm waiting because I need my prescription and will most likely change pharmacy service.

Terrible experience for my wife getting a flu shot. Waited an hour after making an appointment. Staff kept forgetting about her even after telling her it would be a couple minutes multiple times. "Are you here for a flu shot?" Are you kidding me???

I have been to this CVS four times in the last two months and the service has been declining ever since. You close for lunch, I accept that, then you no longer answer your phones, so I have been using the app, but that doesn't always answer my questions, now you have closed the drive thru. This to me is unacceptable.

Waited patiently for a paxlovid prescription all day today for treating a newly diagnosed COVID infection. I tried NUMEROUS TIMES to call and reach out for assistance and update to NO AVAIL! Attempted to contact a pharmacist live one on one an again NO AVAIL. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible and worthless when it comes to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Something NEEDS TO CHANGE NOW!

I think all CVS stores suck, but I'm watching 3 incompetent pharmacy techs and an overworked pharmacist. Thanks Obama care. They can't even find a bag of a prescriptions. 3 people looked in all the same places. Finally they found it. Pathetic

For a drive-through Covid test and waited all day to get the test and unfortunately, even though this location listed and I received a confirmation code, they don’t do Covid testing. It’s false advertising. I wouldn’t trust any Cvs at this point to be up-to-date with their website.

CVS makes you go to a specific store to get Over the Counter items through insurance. Poor service, confusing labels, low stock. It was a horrible experience.

Understaffed, no one answers the phone, and the employees seem to have a high turnover rate. If my insurance didn't force me to use this pharmacy, I wouldn't. The retail side seems OK though, just pricy like you would expect

Very poor experience with the pharmacy - They don't answer the phones and let you sit at the window for 10-15 min before even saying anything. They get your meds wrong and still make you pay for them. It's infuriating.

I recently tried to pick up a prescription but was told it was processing. The associate asked me to pull back around in about 5 minutes. Seemed fair since I didn't want to clog drive-thru line during wait, although there was no one behind me in line. I asked if I should go into store to pick up Rx. The associate indicated that was not necessary. So I waited five minutes and pulled back around. The window was closed. I thought oh well and went into store pharmacy counter only to find out the pharmacy was closed. The associate's response was one of indifference indicating, "just come back tomorrow". Unbelievable.
