Was there on friday early evening. First 1 staff got an attitude while me and my children tried to walk around all the boxes and other customers but still assumed my kids were kicking boxes. Boxes were everywhere on the floor in every aisle at 5pm. Her attitude was unnecessary. Then the lady at the register assumed i didnt want 1 of my items bagged and when i asked for 1 she got an attitude. She said it will put a hole in the bag. Sooo? It was also an item covered in glitter so yes i wanted a bag. Worst staff ever. Been there before but these must have been new staff.

Was not happy with how two different employees talked to my 8 year old daughter, who did not do anything wrong, was minding her own business, and the first one lady yelled at her about an item she had in her hand as she was looking in an isle. She had found a slime/putty container and was carrying it around to buy it. An employee stopped her and rudely told her that it was part of a set and she couldn't get just that one, she had to get the whole set! I was in the isle next to her and overheard this. My daughter had no idea what she did wrong or why she was being yelled at!!! Then we get to the register to check out and I was grabbing a couple balloons while the lady rung me up, because she told me I had to grab them myself, so I did, and all of a sudden i hear her say to my daughter, who was standing out of the way, waiting for me, "excuse me! Young lady, do you want to help your mom out here and grab her basket over here and put it back over there with the baskets!" Ummmm excuse me!!! My kid is not a fricking employee, don't boss her around! Do YOUR job! Or ask ME to put it back over there!! Idk... Not happy with these employees at all!! Or how they talk to people!! Especially my kid!!! It wasn't just what they said, It was their tone and how they said it. It was very rude with attitude. Both times! They were talking to her as if she did something wrong, almost scolding her!barking orders at her! Won't be coming back!!
