Josh was really amazing and wonderful. He was so patient and helpful. He really made it so much easy for me. He is so friendly and kind and nice. Exceptional customer service. I absolutely would love coming back here for Josh. Not to forget the store is huge and lots of good things in there too.

Store won’t honor website exchange when they sent wrong material because I removed the tag. Website won’t let me exchange unless the store takes it back. Running me in loops. Annoyed and done with Express’s poor customer service.

When we asked the young employee if the store had any solid colored vests, she took several seconds to look back and forth between us with a look of confusion as to why we were talking to her. We tried to show her what we meant as she curled her lip at us and simply said "no" before returning to folding clothes and ignoring us.Bad. Didn't like. No return! ?

Shoutout to the best Express team! Brandy, Lindsey, and Drew for making my shopping experience feel like I'm important and heard :) I was getting this cute floral romper and they were able to work out the sizing ordered online vs in store. Not only did they listen to my concern, but helped with the order with ease. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. Plus the romper is a nice product - looks stylish and doesn't feel cheap. I recommend this team, store, and item! Will come back again!

i like shopping at express with the rewards credit, the only reason I'm giving 3 star's is because it's really hard to find lower price items as the prices of items are really pricey instore even in clearance section overall really classy store

The sales associates on 10/4 evening must not like costumers. I was the only person at the store with atleast 2 employees and was not even acknowledged or anything. The girl cashier just stared me down, I was actually looking for something in specific but those employees just made me want to leave .

Love it! Great store! Great styles! It's good if you're looking for clothes for young and middle aged people. They have fun clothes to go out in, they have professional clothes and casual clothes, too. You can earn points on their credit card, if you like. They have discounts and sales pretty regularly.
