Stylist: The first stylist was unprofessional and extremely rude. Ended up having to go back and have the manager fix the horrendous job she did with the color. The manager agreed that the previous job done was not ok. The manager handled the situation professionally and fixed the hair and made it look publicly presentable.

This all started at the other woodbury location but i got dragged across town to not have the manager solve the problem at this location, that experience has escalated my disappointment into being angry.
Had a bad feeling during the cut but kept my mouth closed, i could tell the stylist knew it was not going well. called later to talk to the manager, manager is at the other woodbury location so i go there to talk to MJ who is not there. The two women working at that store had to wait for their managers number to show up on the tv screen because its not written down anywhere. MJ is a bad manager, communicating when and where you are is vital to a business especially when it is an unreversible mistake your stylists made. I dont see a way to fix this even though it was offered numerous times, unless you can magically grow the hair on my temples back, and frankly the way that MJ ran his mouth at me (Im mad because your store screwed my hair up, you are mad because your staff said you would be there and you werent, is your problem not mine and you dont get to whine at me about it) I wouldnt want any fantsastic sams to "fix" my haircut, no offer to reimburse a haircut elsewhere. I am expecting a refund as soon as MJ gets back to the office for whatever excuse that he didn't tell his team about, I am also to be given the contact info for the owner of the business.

Got my hair cut today and I'm very happy with it. I'm always nervous to get my hair cut. Samantha did a beautiful job. She is a wonderful person. Samantha was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me figure out what style I wanted and it turned out perfectly.

We arrived at 3:15 pm and asked for a shampoo, condition, hair trim, and curl. We were told that the salon closes at 4 pm, so there wouldn't be enough time to curl hair even though the sign on the door said the hours were until 5 pm on Saturday. We also looked up the hours on the internet, which also showed the 5 pm closing time for a Saturday.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Fixed my hair after Edward Scissor hands absolutely fncked my hair cut up at another Fantastic Sam's in Woodbury.This place is definitely a recommend, fun gals that work there, professional and courteous. Knocked out my full foil and fixed a disaster of a hair cut. THANK YOU LADIES!!!

Because I had a negative encounter a few years prior, I was apprehensive about my visit. But today I went in to have Mirahya trim my hair and foilage it. She makes sure we both know what the other is capable of and what I want. She even made the extra effort to teach me how to style my hair. That is not what any of my past salons or stylists have done. I'm content and delighted beyond belief.

Disappointed. Appt with Karli. Bad customer service. Unmatched root color. Over processed. Poor blow drying, brushing & styling. Overcharged service and under credited discount. Only pro was hair wash- which you can get for 1/8 of the cost and a smile at Great Clips. Take your business elsewhere or see someone else.Services: Hairstyling
