Fedex Ground straight up opened my package, stole $10,000 worth of my possessions, re-taped the package last month and then delivered said package. Have 100% proof and FedEx could care less. Terrible company, terrible customer support, very known issue based on recent convictions.
Do yourself a favor and use UPS or USPS as both hire full time employees that this type of theft isn't worth their jobs.

I've used this location many times ...as always the look on these employees faces are stress and disinterest. Never seen such unhappy people that are so rude! I'm sure there pretty good at their job but seem over-worked...Customer service is definitely not high on their list.

Shony was awesome. She was so friendly and helped me figure out how to get my package sent in the cheapest way and the fastest way. It was the best experience I've had at this location.

I had a wonderful experience at FedEx thanks to Dave and Chad! They went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made all the difference. It’s not often you come across customer service this genuine and helpful. I definitely recommend this location—thank you both for making my trip so easy!

This store double billed me somehow, I received an invoice in the mail for the same amount I already paid. Store told me to contact customer service, I called customer service, they said I was right and they will submit a request for a refund. A week goes by and my request for a refund was denied because it was more than 15 days from the ship date. Never using FedEx again. Horrible company.

Tried to get passport photos from them. They turned out horrible. Waste of 15 dollars. Luckily the passport place at the dmv was able to redo them. Just get them done at the dmv

I used the FedEx store in Woodbury to ship a framed art Vikings Purple People eater jersey to my 82-year-old pop as a nice gift. I paid for $500 of insurance. The total is $420.09 to ship this item, FedEx completely destroyed it and then denied my claim. I’m gonna have to take them to court. DO NOT USE FedEx.!!
