I had woken up to a slew of text alerts of fraudulent activity, all from the same website, and after a handful of purchases, Blaze finally recognized that it might be fraudulent activity to have purchased thousands of dollars of items from this single website. I was stressed and annoyed at having to chase down people to correct this but when I arrived, as soon as I spoke with Scarlette, I felt better. Having over $10.000 in fraudulent charges, a large negative balance and drained savings account to cover the negative balance is not a great feeling and after working with Scarlette, I left feeling at ease. People like Scarlette is what keeps me at Blaze.”
