The quality of the plants is too notch, but they're much cheaper than Gertens (identical hanging baskets were $24.98 at Home Depot, but $42.85 at Gertens!).

Oscar Zamago at the Woodbury HD came out in shirt sleeves (10 degrees out) to help us figure out Christmas tree pricing. When it rang up twice as high as he had told us he honored the lower price. Thank you Oscar!

I ordered a very expensive washer and dryer from Home Depot and had to wait 10 days for delivery. When it was delivered, the installers laid the dryer in the pavement to install parts in the back completely scraping the side and after installation, the dryer didn't work. After 4 days of trying to get a new one and dealing with horrendous customer support, they stated it would take another two weeks to get a new one. I cancelled the order immediately and told them to take the washer back and insisted on a full refund. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT HOME DEPOT!

the women who "claimed to be 50 & knew what was best for me" was extremely condescending, i had one small interaction for what i thought was friendly (not asking for her help at all, going back to a shelf with my phone and wallet that she happen to snatch before me) , until she kept belittling me i understood my customer ship was bothersome to her. i chose to laugh it off and not match her energy, until she was kindly helping other guests and called after me to mock me infront of other customers? grow the f*** up?

Terrible customer service! Been waiting for 15 minutes! Not only was the customer not self-aware enough to take the incessant quibble of a handful of dollars he was owed offline with a manager, the clerk should have seen the line and gotten someone else to help as 15 mins for a return at Home Depot is far too long. I love you, HD but you gotta train your team better!

Buyer beware! I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot on January 11. The install guy, (third party) came to install it on January 12. The sink was on the right side of the dishwasher and for some reason he tore up my cabinets on the left side of the dishwasher! We were just replacing an existing dishwasher. Absolutely no need to go on the left side! He ruined our cabinets totally. I filed a claim with Home Depot, the minute I did that HD, washes their hands of the problem. There is no help from them at all after. I have been trying to get this resolved since January 12, and today May 19, 2022 I am still at square one with this issue. Do not buy an appliance at Home Depot, all they want is your money, and then they are done with you! Customer Service and CS follow up at Home Depot is " DEAD"!

I was hired on February 16 2022 and was excited to be part of '' The Home Depot family". I was totally wrong. Dan the manager on duty said I was not taking care of the trucks to be unloaded, which was not my intention. I handed my ''First Phone" to my department to the millwork department and went to lunch and clocked out. Then 10 minutes into my lunch Dan "The Manager On Duty" came to me in the break room in front of my fellow associates and lectured me about not unloading a truck and said, it was not the first time he seen me on break when a truck needed to be unloaded. I would have been Gladly to unload a truck. Dan said come to my office and preceded to lecture me and said if he had to remind me one more time, he would write me up. I only had 12 words for him "If you feel that way, I will put in my two weeks". His response was "I want that in writing". So I found some paper and handed it Kristi "HR". Scott my supervisor preceded to make the next two weeks a nightmare. On my last day he walked by me and said " you better walk away before I punch you in the mouth". And in front of a customer. On my last day HR "Kate" said I would receive my Last check After two days from corporate after my termination. Jen the store manager never talked to me even though I had talked to HR. This store needs a revamp. I am currently looking into legal action and I'm not the only one.

My husband was in store today and asked if he could check out at customer service counter. The young man said " No. We are really busy. You need to go to check out". They are on other side of the huge store. He told them he has handicap and has trouble walking. There were two employees at two different registers. One one phone and one waiting on one customer. You need to have a customer service class with these two.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. bought all new appliances and got a delivery date. The night before they were supposed to be delivered they sent an email saying it will now be another month before they arrive. We went in to get to the bottom of this and saw on the order that it was actually just the microwave on back order. The GM said they started giving our appliances to fill other orders in the mean time. So because the microwave was in back order now we literally have a gutted kitchen for an additional 26 days???? Don’t you think people would like the choice, or to know about this kind of stuff? I’m furious.

You can tell it's Monday at this store. Standing in the checkout line my turn comes up and the lady looks at me and says I'm closed. I go over to the self check and the employee asks me if I'm paying cash or credit. Credit I say. Use this one she says and walks away. Time for a customer service refresher course.

Home Dump has zero customer service. We bought a patio door. I paid to have them to come out and look at it. Of course they never showed.

We ordered a closet for installation back at the beginning of May. It's now August and still not one word from Home Depot as to when we will have it. Other than me contacting them I have no idea if it will be done next week or in the next year. And try to get in touch someone who knows anything - just about impossible. At this point all we want is a full refund (they mentioned a restocking fee at one point - but we have no materials so what is there to restock?) and to move on to someone else that can do the job. On a side note we are told that these installations are handled by "Home Depot Interiors" and not the store directly. Just very frustrating. We will never use a big box store again for installing anything. Stick with the smaller local businesses as they want to make sure you're happy and keep their good reputation. Home Depot doesn't care.
