Walking in it was a bit overwhelming as a newby with all the products. Isaiah took over, asking questions to narrow down what I needed and was very knowledgeable and knows what does what. Great customer service, fun relaxing experience.

This is the second time I come to this location the website saids they close at 6pm Sunday so I came after I get off work and is 5:30 and the place is close I see the guy inside but lights are off, may be he got bored and decided for his own good to close early.

Paul, Katherine, and the rest of the staff at GNC Woodbury are super knowledgeble. They are also super friendly, and always help me find everything I need. They answer my questions accurately and are always a HUGE help. I highly recommend coming to this GNC for everything!

Sucks when you hurry over to get something before they close and the hours posted online aren’t right. Then I see some dude come out of the store while I’m sitting out front in my car and he goes into the shop next door. Really? What a joke.

I went in to inquire about post-workout recovery products. The employee said, “There is a women’s line over there.” When I asked for more information about the differences and potential benefits of using a “women’s line” of products the employee stated, “...it’s just a popular women’s line.” So, he was either clueless or unwilling to help. Not sure which is worse, tbh.

I always have a great experience with Paul! I am very particular about my products but he always offer suggestions if they may be out of what I was originally looking for. Or gives me substitutions of other things I might like or want to try! He is always quick to offer me help carrying things to my car and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service with out coming of over bearing or pushy! I enjoy all of my experience as this location!

Said they’re open til 8pm. I arrived at 6 to a sign saying they were “temporarily closed for a bank run and someone would be back shortly”. Nobody came back until 6:45
