Goodwill is a popular thrift store that offers a variety of items, including clothing, furniture, and household goods. The store is known for its often good finds, though the organization level can vary week to week, and sometimes items may be overpriced for donated clothing. Staff members are generally friendly and helpful, with some employees standing out for their kindness and patience. One employee is especially appreciated for assisting with rewards programs, and another is recognized for their friendly service at checkout. The store features a large puzzle section, which can sometimes be messy, and the selection of clothing is available but lacks dressing rooms, making it difficult to try on clothes before buying. Customers appreciate the good deals on coats, frames, and other items, although some have concerns about pricing and quality, such as stained pillows. Donation drop-off can be frustrating due to limited access and long wait times, as the process is not as smooth as at other locations. Overall, Goodwill provides a decent shopping experience with friendly staff, but improvements in organization, pricing, and donation procedures could enhance customer satisfaction.
Shelves are a mess with stuff just piled on top of one item after another, one has to dig through this pile to possibly find something worth the effort, but honestly if you like dumpster diving check it out.

Nice selection of items, some things over priced for used items, or donated items. Books usually have a plethora of a selection. Checkout was smooth once I made it there, there was approximately a 5-9min wait.
