Would highly advise against people to buy glass items taped up in a box unless if you are able to open the product and view it for yourself!
Just bought a nice 2.1 gallon glass water dispenser for this coming summer time since it was supposed to be a nice addition to our kitchen for $12.99, come to find when we open the box the glass container that stores ice and fruit (below the main hub for dispensing water) is completely shattered and broken.
We could tell the previous owner packaged it with care and had put cardboard and packing peanuts in it and unfortunately at the fault of possibly the Goodwill staff for not handling product carefully, the value was not fair for the price that my husband and I paid. And even if it wasn’t the fault of the Goodwill staff that broke the glass, they should be doing their checks more thoroughly in the donation center out back of the building to make sure they’re not selling broken products to their customers. I feel that Goodwill did not meet their standards in regards of accepting this particular donation from the previous owner, and I feel that this $12.99 purchase did not meet our needs for our household.

Majorly overpriced for items they get for free and the staff is rude! Go to any other goodwill location.

This item had two tags on it. $8.99 at the top and $19.99 at the bottom. I discovered this once I got to the register. I asked for a manager because there’s no way I should pay more than what I thought it was priced. I asked him is there any way we can meet in the middle because I didn’t see that tag at the bottom. He said no he priced it him self this morning and we can’t help if I changed the tag. I didn’t change it and I’m shocked he’s accuse me of something he clearly didn’t see before he priced it. I believe someone bought it for $8 originally and they donated it and then it was priced at $19.99. My first and last time visiting this location. Terrible experience.

We found a nice, true down-filled Jones New York coat for $25, and a framed canvas we plan to repurpose for $9. We were charged for 2 pillows which we thought were a set for $6.98. One of the pillows was obviously stained. Two more coats, two pairs of gloves, and one picture frame came to $95 TOTAL. It's always a little crowded with stuff, narrow aisles if more than 10 people are shopping so that's not why they didn't get 5stars. I was really disappointed they charged my husband for 2 pillows even though he heard the cashier say she'd only charge for one.

I've been shopping this goodwill for years and had a horrible experience in store today. There was an employee loudly complaining about another employee/customer to another employee. I also checked out with 2 candles, shoes, and tops and the guy didnt offer a bag. When i went to leave and pick up items the candle fell and broke. The cashier (same one loudly complaining about another) assured me id get a refund and he would call up someone to do it since the line was long. So i waited and a cranky lady came up, and she said they wouldnt refund. So this goodwill scammed me out of $7.99 plus tax for an item they got for free and didnt even leave the store. Some other things I noticed shopping in store...
- Glass was stacked on glass and other breakables, other customers were also breaking items while shopping due to poor item placement on shelving
-The shelves were completely unorganized. I mean pet stuff, bags, books, puzzles all over in every row and nothing organized.
-Tons of really obvoius large fist sized stains and tears in clothing but still selling for 12.99.

I purchased a ceramic teapot from the Woodbury Goodwill in Minnesota that was taped shut. When I got it home under the lid it was shattered. I returned to the store and I was told, (with a smirk) that their policy is "no refunds what so ever". Exchange only, and you will not be refunded the extra change if you can't come up with the exact total in merchandise on that day and that day only. There are no dressing rooms in the store, one or two dirty mirrors, The merch is dusty threadbare polyester packed onto the rack. Unhappy workforce and management as a rule, and stoney faces on most of the people shopping. I saw, yesterday, a pair of out of style rayon pants for $50, and a women's suit for $79.99, used. I have shopped second hand for the last 50 years. I have a sharp eye for both quality and organizational greed. Wikipedia says that Goodwill's "tax returns showed that more than 100 Goodwills pay less than minimum wage while simultaneously paying more than $53.7 million in total compensation to top executives". The market is ripe for a fairly priced resale organization with dressing rooms and an employee policy that pays well to create a fair and happy environment. I would be there often. I myself donate to places where my second hand items in good shape are actually given to clients, along with other help getting people back on their feet. Places that reward me with great finds and people that are a joy to be with. One workaround these abusive policies is to buy yourself a little time and exchange your returned item for an exactly priced similar one. That gives you another two weeks to find something at one of these stores that you might even want. One star for a business I wish would listen.

It’s a Goodwill! Usually pretty good finds but the level of organization varies week by week. Oftentimes items can be overpriced for donated clothing and staffing can be short. Regardless, very kind employees and usually one good find every time!

If you want a thrift store, don't waste your time here. Their prices are INSANE. $39.99 for a dress. Another was $29. Seriously? Who is pricing these things. Thrift stores are not supposed to be around to price gouge people. Will not return to this store.

I enjoy shopping at this Goodwill :) I wish there were dressing rooms, though. It’s tough to want to buy clothes without knowing if they fit. Also, an employee here named Logan deserves a raise! I’ve had Logan as a cashier a few times now and he is so awesome. I’m a super anxious person but Logan is so understanding and patient that I’m not as anxious when I check out. He even took the time to help me sign up for the VIP / rewards program tonight. I also left my wallet inside and he grabbed it and came out of the store to give it me. I just wanted to give him a shoutout for sure because he deserves it!

Would not recommend this location for donation drop-off. The gentleman who was attending this very morning was brusque, rude, and completely unhelpful. First of all when I drove up I could see the gentleman waiting and that they were open. I drove through the line to the drop-off garage door on the opposite side but it never opened/he never opened it. I drove around to the front side to unload my donations from the open door and this man, seeing that I was hauling large heavy items didn’t move an inch or lift a finger just shouted to me that I had to go around to the spot I was originally at where the door didn’t open. So I go around. He opens the door. I park my car and open my trunk. I have two large barstools to donate and he watches me haul and lift them on my own without lifting a single finger. I was appalled at not only his atrocious work performance, but at the complete lack of respect or regard for helping a woman carry heavy items. After *I* successfully unloaded my donations I asked for a receipt and he just pointed- to a bin on the opposite side, barely saying a word. So I grabbed one and went about my day, but I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by someone at GoodWill’s complete lack of good manners and respect for women. He does not deserve to be working in that position if he cannot muster an ounce of kindness, friendliness, or basic human decency. To be clear I’ve never once had this experience at any other Goodwill so either it’s just this location, this gentleman, or indicative of Minnesotan manners in general because where I’m from in Texas chivalry and manners are still very much alive.
