“Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, eggs Benedict was quite good. Rooms are small with very little flat surfaces to hold items. No shelf in the bathroom. Quiet place, AC works!”
“Fantastic hotel! I would rate this place far above other hotels. Incredibly clean and kept! A lot of attention to detail. I’m super anal about my hotels and this is seriously the best I’ve seen! Service was above and beyond and service/food in their restaurant will have me return. I am so surprised with our stay. We WILL be back. Impressed with their care and upkeep. No wear and tear noticed. All up to date. Thanks to the entire staff!!!!”

“I had a WONDERFUL stay at LivInn. One thing that really got to me was getting a late night knock at the door which startled me as my husband wasn't with me and it was just the kids and I. I did check and it was front desk asking me if I was in the correct room because someone else had claimed that my room belonged to them. I believe the correct way to handle this situation was to make sure that their reservation was under that room number first before coming to knock on the door. Two hours after that had accured, my husband had came back and we notice a guy roaming around the halls but didn't think of anything. 5 minutes later that same guy had came knocking on our door, and yes I did open the door because I thought it was my father in law but it turned out it was the guy who was roaming around. When he noticed I wasn't who he was expecting, he said wrong room and turned around and left.”

“We hosted a meeting for our team and customers at The Water Street Inn in Stillwater. The team was very attentive to our needs and ensured we had a smooth event for our guests. The rooms and meeting space were a bit more outdated than what it appears to be in the photos. The location was prime, right on the river, with river views from the meeting space, close enough proximity to MSP for those traveling from further distances.”

“Very comfortable large rooms. The bed is high and mattress is firm and i would say luxury douvet and pillows. The pool area is large with plenty of chairs, but does not have a hot tub. There is no microwave in the room.”
