Terrible customer service, teller hung up on me. Huntington overall is just terrible now. Have to wait a week for any withdrawal over 10k. That’s insane.

My wife and I went here yesterday about 1:30 to draw out some cash. My wife walked up to an open teller and I was behind her. The teller (a woman, #61) asked my wife "Do you know that creepy guy behind you?" My wife told her I was her husband and the teller said she had to check because of problems they have with people taking advantage of seniors and having them withdraw money for them. At first I thought it was kind of funny calling me creepy but then I thought it was rather rude of her to say that. Do I look creepy? Wasn't it obvious I was a senior also that could have been her husband? Wouldn't it had been just as easy to say "Do you know that gentleman behind you?" That was very unprofessional and thoughtless of her to call me that. If she was trying to be funny, it wasn't. What if someone called her creepy? That teller needs to get more training on how to be nice and professional to people. Most of us have feelings you know.

I've had great experiences with this bank in the past year. Dan Thomas-Cummins has been extremely helpful in two very different situations. Each time he has spent over an hour and we walked away with the information we needed and were very satisfied. We have recently moved out of the area and still go back for important items that we need done.

Huntington has cut off a lot of employees to be profitable judging from what I have seen walking in the bank and Cub Foods branches. It's NOT.. TCF quality anymore and my money keeps getting stolen. I wonder if this is a thing with Huntington. In 40 years of banking I have never seen where some could swipe $1,500 four tines in a row. Just my 2 pennies

We just needed a notary and the lady made two mistakes. Don't look to this bank if you need employees with attention to detail.

Huntington Bank has been a good experience for me. I appreciate the polite tellers and the ability to do drive through teller service, as well as drive-thru ATM access whenever you need to. Huntington Bank also has a cool program that allows people to get a no interest loan if they deposit enough monthly money, that you pay back in 3 equal payments. However they lose one star in my review for not having a public bathroom, which I think should be illegal at every store in USA. If people cannot relieve their bowels outside, all stores should have bathrooms available to the public, because all stores could cop out, and not offer it, then where would we be, stranded miles from a bathroom. They also lose another star because they got rid of their change machine. I was told it cost $5,000 every time the security comes to remove the change, but I see this as an excuse, because they can either buy a machine in house or if they already own that machine keep that one, count the money with their own employee hours, and not hire an armored truck just for change every so often for $5,000. I'm pretty sure they could transport the change for less than $5,000, that's why they're accepting change in rolls, so it doesn't make sense why they can't put a new machine in, instead of forcing clients to put thousands of pennies into roles. Machines are clearly faster and more efficient and a service that should be available to people who walk into a Huntington Bank.
