Laura at the Woodbury, Mn store is an excellent customer service representative. She is friendly, helpful and efficient. I observed her interaction with other patrons while waiting in the checkout lane. Not only did she provide excellent service to those in the checkout line but also her fellow cashiers. She should be a valued Kohl’s employee.

I don't shop at Kohl's very often because of the location to my home, but I sometimes order from Kohl's online for delivery. I am usually very happy with my online purchases. Last November, I was looking for a light weight jacket and ordered online for delivery. When it arrived, it wasn't what I really wanted. A few days later, I was in the Woodbury area and decided to stop at Kohl's to check what they had in stock and return the ordered jacket. I am so glad I did. April was on duty and was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. When I explained to her what I was looking for, she made several suggestions, even taking me to different areas of the store. I choose a jacket, which I love and wear often, but wouldn't have considered initially ordering through the online description. Since I had earned Kohl's cash from my online order, April clearly explained how my return would affect my Kohl's cash. I was more interested in getting the jacket, that the Kohl's cash wasn't that important to me (it wasn't much anyway). April helped me with the return and also with my purchase. During my rare visits to the Woodbury store, I have found all the staff to be incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. I have never encountered a problem there. I also like that it is a smaller store and easy to navigate. I will definitely continue shopping at the Woodbury Kohl's when I am in that area.

I’m jot sure how a store stays going with such incompetence! Store Manager April REFUSES TO EXCHANGE a leaking mop vac! That we JUST BOUGHT! I’m not a Kohls shopper and clearly, wont be!
Customer Service is Key! Up your game! I’m returning and NOT exchanging, rebuying from the manufacturer, as they will stand behind their products.
Tineco as a company said Kohls has been AWFUL! Not suprised.
Woodbury store is so unorganized, messy, unsafe lines and weird barriers made from end caps! No way is that fire code.
They don’t have any type of customer care unless you order from Amazon! Kohls legit won’t exchange their customers purchases but has a return center for Amazon! Wow
