Update:At the beginning of my original review, I stated that "LL Flooring has not shown any genuine intention of rectifying the situation." Despite not getting any follow through on LL Flooring commitments prior to that review, I was encouraged by the response from an LL Flooring corporate representative the very same day that I posted the Yelp review. As you can see, they provided an email address and asked me to email them so they could locate my account. I emailed as directed, and they replied promptly on June 29, that they had located my account, reached out to my representative, thanked me for my patience, and asked me to "allow up to 72 business hours for your representative to reach out." I don't even know what 72 business hours means... Does it mean 3 business days? Perhaps it means 8 hours per day, so 9 business days. Wait, they are open 7 days per week... 72 Business hours IMHO is just a strange measurement and it makes me wonder why they would use it. Regardless, I figured that I'd hear something after their Yelp response and the prompt follow-up email. However, even by the most conservative count of "business hours," they have failed to follow through-again. Clearly, this is not a single store issue. The company is not following through. I felt that I needed to write an update because the response that they issued to the original review created an illusion that LL Flooring was concerned about the service that had been provided and that they were going to actively try to address it. Without an update, Yelp readers might believe that the company made good. I closed my original review by saying that "it would be difficult for me to recommend LL Flooring to anyone, especially for a large deal." At this point, I would not recommend LL Flooring - Period.

Do NOT recommend. Communication between installers is horrible. Continued to show up at the wrong location to measure and install flooring. Was told toilet would be re-installed after new floor installed in bathroom. Installer asked for a personal check made out to him to cover glue, supplies and fee to re-install toilet. Contacted the office to confirm and was told "do not write a personal check" and they would take care of it. Never got a call back, installer left with toilet still disconnected. Now told "corporate" says they don't re-install toilets. . . If I would have know ahead of time, things could have been coordinated. But seriously, write the installer a personal check???

If I could have rated LL Flooring zero stars I would have. Our experience is as follows, poor level of product knowledge at the store level, ordered floor and stair materials based on our measurements..we requested they come to measure to ensure accuracy. They communicated from order to installation to be about 4 to 6 weeks. I had to call regularly for updates on when materials would be in. The material didn't even come in until about 8 weeks after order. They insisted we pay for installation in full before they would start installation. I communicated I was concerned about paying for services that had not been rendered completely upfront. In the event there were issues or repairs needed, I would have no leverage on resolution. They assured me they would not pay the installers until the installation was done satisfactorily. (but I still had to pay LL Flooring in full). The installers arrived, one installer asked me how I wanted the floors to be laid..I said considering they are solid wood floors shouldn't they be laid the opposite of the joists??? and shouldn't he know that? He said he didn't speak English. (they sent someone out to translate). They created a huge mess, dust every where..they sanded and cut inside our home without an dust barriers, damaged our walls during the installation process, the installation of the baseboards was tragic..gaps, poor quality of work, stairs were installed at varying depths, (not up to code), scratches and gouges made in the floors. I was also charged upfront for subfloor repairs, none of which were made...I have not been credited for that charge. I went back to the store for assistance in resolution. I completed a customer complaint form, spoke with a customer care specialist who said she would work with me throughout the process. I have called her and emailed her repeatedly for an update...no contact (it has been been 5 weeks since I spoke with her). It has been almost 3 months since our floors/stairs have been installed without any follow up initiated by LL Flooring or resolving the issues we have raised. I would not want any customer to have the experience we are having...after spending thousands of dollars with what appears to be an inferior product, horrible installation service, and non-existent customer service/follow up, I would recommend seeking another organization for any flooring needs

Great staff that were helpful, but not constantly pestering or pressuring us to buy something. We were given good info and were able to setup a home estimate without feeling like we had to buy in that moment in order to schedule one. A good place with decent options.

Not impressed. So far the flooring itself looks nice. The install company was not responsive, didn't show up a day they said they would and no contact. Work has been done a few weeks and we are owed a credit...everytime we call the store they have say they having received the final work order from the install company. Sounds to me like they need better contractors, not my fault but not happy that we are still being charged for work not done.

Great price on great flooring. Good customer service so far. I was able to get a better quality flooring cheaper than at menards, lowes, or home depot. It's been months and they called to follow up with us. I appreciated it. Will certainly be checking with them for our next flooring need.

Matt, at this location represents the brand well. Really, a solid communicator that sold us on the durability of the LL (Durvana) waterproof / hybrid resistant vinyl plank tile. Our installer gave it a thumbs up too. He made the experience from walking in the store to select possible selections to delivery and finally installation a breeze.

I was recently employed here and if I was anybody I would not recommend working here I did not receive my first check until months later and by the time I received it I couldn’t cash it and the manager or nobody would help me get in contact with the right people till this day I am still trying and I will be making reviews until they pay me

I bought some CoreLuxe LVP from the store. Since it's my first time to try LVP, I felt it was more difficult to install the LVP than the drop-click laminate planks. So I ended up having to return them. The two gentlemen in the store this morning were very helpful and the return experience was quick and smooth. Great customer service!
