“Manny was beyond helpful and all of the staff was very courteous. We had to unfortunately buy a suit for a funeral, which they tailored by the end of day to fit our tight schedule. They even waved the rush fee. We will definitely be back!!”
“On the ground level, you will find the ‘Online Returns’ desk just to the right (against the wall) as you enter. There’s not a sign that says ‘Returns’, but it’s a sales counter. Returning items is easy, and the staff are fun, pleasant, and professional. They even refund shipping costs! Additionally, it’s one of my favorite stores! It’s a beautiful store with great clothing for the whole family.”

“The manager/lead was so helpful and friendly.
Helped me with a pricing issue, recommended products and informed me of upcoming sales. It was a great experience. I got some cute work pants.”
“Tis the season for the holiday cashiers. The line was short but everybody seemed a little unexperienced. There was a woman in a different Lane in a heated conversation about trying to return or exchange something and wasn't getting the value of her Kohl's cash returned to her so she was pretty upset. It is what it is during the holidays. In my experience department stores have pretty half-assed trained employees for the temporary holiday help. Got what I need at twice the price I paid for last year. But it's for the new dog edition for the family so it is what it is.”
“I went to Old Navy in Woodbury, MN a couple days ago to get some summer flip-flops. I don't enjoy shopping and would usually just buy flip flops at Dollar Tree, but Dollar Tree discontinued selling them this year. In any case, I came across two employees at Old Navy that really impressed me, due to the cheerful/ upbeat and helpful nature and I remember thinking that they either had really good training or they are both naturally great people. One was working on the floor and the other was the cashier. I also appreciate the reasonable prices at Old Navy. The flip flops I picked out were $6, which is very reasonable in today's economy and significantly less expensive than TJ Maxx, where some of their flip flops were over $20. Walmart only had one option in the style I liked for $5.50, but they were as hard as a rock and surprisingly had a large anti-theft tag on them, making it impossible to walk around. If you care about DEI, Target is no longer an option and is now the shame of MN. So, unless it comes to light that Old Navy doesn't align with my beliefs, they will be my new go-to store.”
“this was my first time in a Buckle. i was greeted by Brooke right away. i generally do not like talking to employees, but she had a wonderful energy and was incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been looking for shorts and jeans in the style and size i needed for months and she made it so easy to find everything i needed. turned out have been buying the wrong size this whole time. i bought 4 pairs. thank you Brooke”
“Cute store with a variety of items. It is a little smaller than others, but they have it very well organized. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Lots of fresh looks.”
