6/5/24 11:10am Called for technical support, waited on hold 10min, not bad at all. Overall customer support was knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. Was able to help narrow the problem and get pointed in the rite direction. Found to not actually be a problem with the water softener.

Called customer service tech support today with question about my new water softener and the rep was super polite and helpful. Answered my questions and did so politely.
