Stunk like weed, worker was wearing a tube top and leggings, another worker looked to be maybe 12 years old, nothing was organized, toys everywhere. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Shakopee!

Often doesn’t open on time and has no staff there at listed opening time. Doesn’t use any technology to process buys so it’s a matter of guess and check when they’re done with your stuff. Selection is ok, but it’s a pain in the butt to sell here!

Unprofessional drop off process compared to other locations. How do you not check IDs? I could claim someone’s drop off as my own. They also don’t call or text after completion. You have to call. Also, it’s rude to put someone’s money on the counter. Don’t care how big or small the amount it.

Came at 1:30pm and was greeted with “we’re done buying today. you can try tomorrow. maybe the next day after that.“ Won’t be back. It’s a huge mess, stuff all over the floor, very unsafe.

What a mess! So disorganized, so chaotic, honestly so dirty. Piles and piles of clothing everywhere, snow gear dumped in pack and plays, boots just in bins with no sizing or labeling, the toy area was a disaster. Completely overpriced. Just such a bummer.

I usually dont have a problem here but came once after saying they are accepting buys sun on monday came @ 10 and said there not then came back today a week later first women was very nice and helpful never got a text to come back showed up two hours later after they said and hour the new lady was rude and did not care to help me solve the problem or ask if im even okay with the buy they took $50 worth of brand new stuff and bunch of others almost new condition. At least 40 dollars worth and wouldn't let me talk about it threw my money at me $17 ( less than 30 cents per item) and turned around. Stuff was everywhere I tripped leaving out the door then got accused of stealing because I was picking up what I stepped on and my items where throw in 3 separate places as I had to dig for them when I didn't bring them in like that also, I should have donated they also gave my stuff back with odds and ends peices missing and huge things torn apart! Please shut your doors it you cant conduct business properly!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a waste of time.
I called before coming to drop off to make sure they were still buying, and the lady who answered the phone sounded like she hated her job. I went to Plato’s next door to drop off stuff first and they were able to buy some of my stuff for a decent amount after 10 minutes despite also seeming busy.
When I dropped off my bag of items at OUAC, I was told to come back after 2 hrs. I gave them 2.5 hrs to be sure and still it wasn’t ready. I was told to come back after another 30 minutes, I said sure; they looked like they were very busy based on the piles of stuff on the counters and floors.
I came back after 3 hours. So 5.5 hours total. 3 hours longer than they had initially said. And I come back to a bag with the drop off slip and “All Passes” scribbled on the back. The lady at the register apologized and said she wasn’t the one who went through it so she doesn’t know why they passed on all of the items.
I know for sure other places would have bought some of these things as most of them were name brand and very slightly used.
If the store is too full and busy (or employees too lazy) to accept and sort through more buys, they should say so, instead of wasting people’s time.

Drove an hour to come and sell my children’s clothes and was given back majority of them claiming they were passes wasn’t barely anything wrong with any of them complete waste of time you can tell they’re very unorganized and also the lady who was doing the buying you could tell that she was being very picky considering it’s a secondhand store. I’m very upset with all the passes and not very good customer service. I single-handedly went through each and every item before I brought it here and all were in good condition!

This is the messiest once upon a child I have ever been in. This location also has the fewest employees I have ever seen working in one. Sizing is very disorganized, several items off the hanger, toys all over the floor. They need to schedule more people to assist with store maintenance and help with sales.

So full that it's hard to see what they have or even walk around. No restroom, which is bonkers for a place with a clientele of mostly kids and pregnant people. Not very friendly or helpful staff.
