We just started here after another seperate company my kids are thriving and have learned so much since being here for a month. My husband and I see the positive impact POM has on them! Staff directors are so so so friendly and so passionate about teaching. We couldn’t be more pleased and happy here!

If you have been struggling to find an early education center, look no further. Melissa, the director of the center, is amazing, and her leadership over the children shines through all her staff.

This place truly lives up to its name. We joined the Peace of Mind community after a rather traumatic experience at our previous experience. Transitions with kiddos are always tough, but all of the staff went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. I really feel like all of the teachers truly care about my kiddos and walking into the facility I feel like I am walking into haven.

As a mother of five and an educator I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work at Peace of Mind. The staff at Peace of Mind lead with love, and continually strive to be better. The environment that the Director and assistant Director provide is one where the vision of Peace of Mind is lived everyday, and is all inclusive.

We’ve had our daughter here since she was 12 weeks old and are thrilled to have had so many teachers who personally invest in the kids. The facility is large and beautiful. Every day my daughter tells me about all the fun activities she has done. My 3 year old is even singing songs in Chinese thanks to this school!Any concerns or issues we come across have been addressed quickly and in a professional manner. The staff even was able to assist during a tough time when we were getting some medical diagnosis’ for our daughter and even spoke with her Dr on the phone for us to help. I know when I drop my daughter off every day that she is with people who genuinely care about her and are happy to have her there.

I know a previous parent experienced this as well. They tell you they have availability. It was even confirmed in person. As soon I started the registration process I got an email saying they don’t have availability anymore but they will take my deposit. I inquired about starting my infant full time but decided to start things off slowly with 2-3 times a week to get him used to the switch. But since I’m no longer doing full time right away, they have no room for my child. Please stop doing this to parents and if you don’t have space or don’t want part-time kids just state that. Parents have jobs and commitments and if we confirm you have space and we plan for that, but you change that at last minute, its very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

My daughter has attended Peace of Mind since August 2020. With the pandemic changing life for everyone, we found ourselves needing daycare that was closer to our home in Woodbury and for us, POM is very conveniently located. The facility is spacious and clean. The menu for meals is always nutritious and there's a lot of variety. The love and support from the staff is my favorite aspect of our daycare experience with POM as well as the fact that there's a lot of diversity amongst the staff. Recently POM was purchased by Little Newtons. There has not been a disruption in service nor have I noticed staff turnover. I know my daughter is in good hands while she's there and I get pictures and updates throughout the day. I find it easy to interact through the app or via phone if I have questions or want to notify them of an absence. I think you'll find POM to be a loving place for your child to grow.

We love POM! It peaked our interest at first because it's right next to our house, so we did some research. It's priced similar to other centers around. They include diapers, wipes, formula, all food. They have an education program. We started my son at 12 weeks and he now 1! The teachers are so kind and give us great reports each day. I love the app they use to see updates and pictures through out the day. If there are any issues, such as an injury, they call right away and write up a report to go home. My son is thriving and I'm so happy we chose POM.

My experience with Peace of Mind has been as follows. We toured the facility. We asked if there was availability, we got all the information we needed. I did not have a start date for work yet, so I was unsure when my daughter could start, but I wanted to make sure that we found the place and they had availability. After all the research my wife and I did, we decided on Peace of Mind. as soon as I found out what my start date was at work, I called Peace of Mind and spoke to Melissa and asked her if there was still space available for my daughter. She told me that she could start the following week, and if that was not something they could do, she could start the week after that, which would have been June 1st.As soon as she told me that, I filled out the information and paid for the registration. On Monday afternoon, I received a call from Nikki Robbins, who says she is the owner. She told me that there was no availability until June 7th. It created a problem because I need to start work much sooner than that, and I have already committed to doing so. She told me that she would check and see if maybe they could do June 1st.Nikki Robbins seemed more interested in arguing with me than finding a solution to the problem her team had put me in. I gave up other spots in favor of Peace of Mind and now was in a situation where I did not have a daycare in time to start my new job. Nikki Robbins spoke in a very sarcastic tone and continually spoke over me. When I asked her to please stop talking over me, she said I was very rude for making that request. I did not understand how I could be considered rude if I had not insulted her, cursed at her (which I would never do), or raised my voice at her. I had simply asked not to be spoken over as I consider it to be not only rude but deplorable customer service.I tried to move on, looking for a solution to my problem, and the only solution she would offer me was to refund my money. A refund is something I had not requested or even considered doing. All I wanted to do was move forward and register my daughter at Peace of Mind. she said she would look and see if they could start my daughter on the 1st and call me back. She did call me back a short while later, although I did not get the sense that she had tried to fit us into June 1st. Her real interest was to tell me that she had spoken to Melissa and that Melissa had never promised that we could start by June 1st. Even then, I don't think that Nikki Robbins had grasped why I was an unhappy customer. It was not necessarily that they had made this mistake that put me in such a tough spot. It was that, like so many other mediocre places, rather than trying to work with the customer in solving the problem, they prefer to argue about being right.Unfortunately, I cannot review this place based on my daughter attending. But if the "owner" attitude is to argue and speak over a customer whom they have failed, then maybe this would not be the best place for my daughter to attend. In any case, to anybody considering Peace of Mind, consider how you are treated before you spend money because if they are unwilling to accommodate or help before they have your money, imagine how little they will help once they do.

I have had children enrolled at Peace of Mind Early Education Center since 2012. It has been a fantastic experience for my children. They started at Peace of Mind when they were infants. My oldest graduated from there to head off to Kindergarten. My youngest is still currently a student. Both of my daughters have had exceptional care, and my needs have always been promptly met! The teachers are loving, kind, caring, and educated. The owners are caring, professional, prompt, and reliable. My daughter was beyond ready for Kindergarten because of the great quality early childhood education she received from Peace of Mind. My youngest who is currently still attending, is 3 1/2 and already has developed many emergent academic skills that are preparing her to be successful during her "school aged years". Both of my daughters love Peace of Mind, because they are loved while they are here! It can seem more expensive than other choices, but "you get what you pay for!" The facility in Woodbury where we attend is spacious and provides many opportunities for every aged kid to explore, learn, and experience the world around them. They are not stuck in a small room all day. They get to learn in the large gym, the many outdoor spaces, the play and creative spaces, language and music spaces, as well as their well thought out classrooms. The children at Peace of Mind get to have many learning experiences in literacy, mathematics, STEM, emotional/social, behavioral, dance, music, foreign language, sports, soccer, arts and crafts, and free play. As a teacher and a mother, I would highly recommend Peace of Mind for the care of your child each day. My husband and I are grateful for the love, care, and education our kids have received here. Also, in the midst of all of the COVID - 19 pandemic, they have been reliable, responsible, fair, safe, positive, innovative, quick to meet needs of families enrolled, and helpful! We are lucky to have care in a place we trust each day!
