Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Resnick and he was wonderful. He was very thorough, to be honest he was probably the most thorough optometrist I've had. In the past optometrists would quickly get me in, go through testing and then prescribe 1 option of contacts. Dr. Resnick offered me a few options and explained each option. As well as mentioned I may need to seek additional medical treatment from another doctor due to what he was seeing based on the tests performed for my eyes.The in store staff are nice, some can be sassy which isn't everyone's cup of tea. But I don't mind it myself.

Today, the general manager, Jeff, went above and beyond for me. I must have tried on about 20-30 pairs of glasses, and he helped me dwindle it down to 1 pair. This was after I didn't like the pair that I originally ordered. He said he wants his customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. Music to my ears! Other visits to this store, I've found the employees super helpful, like Tammy and others. These people know their glasses! Highly recommend.

Summary : Eye exam was great. The optometrist was very detailed and informative however the administrators communication was poor and leaves much to be desired.11/03 - I visit for eye exam. I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses and requested it shipped to my house. I was informed it will arrive in 5 - 7 business days. (Typically cheaper online but I ordered here for the convenience)11/22 - I called to get an update on contacts. I was then informed it has been backordered, and ETA unknown. In the interim they'll ship me a sample to use.12/04 - I get a txt that my contacts are in and I have to pay an extra $10 to ship to my house. They no longer offer free shipping on contact lenses. To cancel my order, it will take 2 weeks to get a refund.My concern is that, if there are extra fees and charges, please inform the patient promptly rather than surprise them with unexpected fees in the last minute.

Shout out to the young lady that helped me replace my nose pads on my glasses. She was very friendly and accommodating. She is the definition of service with a smile.

Bad customer service, unfriendly staff. According to my notes appointment was for 530p, I arrived at 515p and was told my appointment was at 5p. There was nothing that can be done.

I booked an appointment online and rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment. When I arrived I was told that I wasn’t “in their system” and was accused of not following the booking procedure all the way through. When I showed the front desk person a screen shot literally saying that my appointment is confirmed, the person just shrugged and said that they’re busy and there’s nothing they could do about their mistake. Zero attempt was made to fix the situation. I went to their competitor and was treated very well.*** In response to Pearle Vision’s continued claim that I had the wrong date: as stated previously, I have a screenshot of the confirmation clearly showing the appointment date to be 08/15, not 08/22. Pearle Vision is doubling down on blaming the customer for their own mistake. Not a good look for you Pearle Vision.

This is a great place for getting your eyes taken care of in one place. Very professional and friendly. They listen to your needs and wants. They also had a great selection of frames.

I've been going to the Woodbury location for 20+ years and if there was any problems they would address them without fail. Now this year I honestly got the WORST lenses ever. And they no longer have any after purchase concerns. My "EXTREMELY OVERPRICED" lenses have already scratched and there is even a small chip in one. And trust me I've been wearing glasses for 50+ years and certainly know how to take care of them. There is no warranty any longer and I've called and been told bring them in and we'll see what we can do. Warby Parker here I come from now on.

Tried to get an appointment online just to schedule to start. Three calls later disturbing me at work and rude as hell. Stay away from apparently the receptionist or person taking your info doesn't like their job. Maybe get a new one.
