Have taken our dogs here since 2016 and some of the new women here were immature & disrespectful. Our groomer was good as usual, but they bring down the tone & attitude of Pet Smart groomer’s now. We are looking for another groomer.Scored higher at 3 stars because of all the great groomer’s we have had here. Otherwise would have rated a one. Their behavior was unprofessional with negative comments of dogs they were grooming and bad attitudes. The problem with these woman were strongly observed on our pickup and mildly on the drop off. I feel bad for the long-time employees that have to work with them. Their behavior is pulling this grooming salon down. ??

Best grooming experience I’ve had. Extremely thorough on check in asking about dog’s health, along with specifics of the cut. Haircut looks great, reasonably priced, amazing staff. Sarah was awesome!

I brought Petey to Woodbury PetSmart. Never had been there, never will return. They scalped him, took off all of his fringe. Even Drew blood. I’m livid. Petey asked not to have me post his pic. He looks like an otter. I even said to the so called groomer (who told me she had a tan and white Cavalier (seriously?) just trim his fringe, it’s winter. He needs his coat. I keep playing telephone with a guy named Josh, who is defending his worker. Ugggh. I want my money back and want a few sweaters to keep him warm over the winter. Woodbury Petsmart has surely has fueled my German temper. SPREAD THE WORD. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO THE GROOMERS AT WOODBURY MN PETSMART.

About what you'd expect from a PetSmart. This is a good sized one, usually stocked with aquatics and reptiles, and they've got in-store cat adoption, dog grooming, and dog training services. Aisles and aisles of options, and a pretty all-inclusive website could tell you what you're in for. I'm always lukewarm on big chain stores, I know they probably don't treat the pets (and employees for that matter) very well, so I prefer locally owned stores, but this is a good option when you need the products available on a schedule. It's got lots of pros, and lots of cons behind the scenes. Either way, PetSmart is a more ethical choice than Petco, so I end up visiting here every so often.

Rylan was an AMAZING trainer that taught my dog so much in just 6 weeks. My dog loved her and was eager to learn at every class due to her teaching methods. I would recommend any class with her!

Got the "Bath and Full Haircut" package, which includes "bath, haircut, brushing, light dematting, nail trim, paw & pad trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim & more." Added on teeth brushing, nail grind, and premium shampoo. One dog came back with the two small mats I was hoping would be removed still in place and an odd haircut, and the other they stated they could not do any nails, or sanitary trim because he was "too wiggly" and couldn't complete his cut because "he didn't like it". They gave me a 15% discount on the wiggly dog, which I had to take home and clip/trim myself. The dog who was a problem I can somewhat understand. He's tiny but makes his preferences well known when he's unhappy. But mats that were left in place on my other dog? They weren't even large. I clipped them off when I got home in less than a minute. I had been working them out little-by-little with my fingers every day for a week trying to avoid cutting them out. Combined with the odd trim patterns in their fur, I'm not exactly sure what I paid for. Unless I were to stay and watch the whole process, I would not personally trust that my pets are getting the attention to detail they deserve and that I've paid for. I'll be taking my pups elsewhere.

Very difficult to work with and not very accommodating. I've been to several petsmart locations and this is the worst.

Staff is generally helpful but not a fan of the management here. I used to want to work there but the managers seem cold and miserable.

PetSmart is our go-to place for cat food, treats, and other supplies. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly, regardless of the location we might be shopping at.It's also fun to check out some of the other pets they have there as well.

A charity worker looked at my friend and I in disgust. We simply wanted to look at the cats and when we asked the price she gave us a dirty look. She was friendly to all the other customers and explained deeply about cats, but when we asked when we were curious, she looked at us very rudely.

Nancy was amazing, We were looking for a bearded dragon and she was so helpful through the whole proses. She had such great customer service, you are lucky to have her working at your store.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR STORE PICKUP- WEBSITE IS INNACURATE. I have had two orders where they simply cancel part of your order without contacting you and then you have to wait for your funds or points to be refunded back to your account. No way of knowing if they actually have things in stock!

I called the Woodbury location to set up an grooming appointment for my cat. The first time my significant other went to the wrong location, so I had to reschedule. Second time I came in they said her rabies shot was out of date so they cancelled until I could get them updated. The third time I had down a 6pm appointment but they claimed it was at 5pm. I called back same day and talked to a guy and he rescheduled my appointment for the next day but come to find out it was for my dog instead. I was so irritated I left it alone. Next day I tried to reschedule again and they had me on hold for 10 minutes and came back and said " The cat groomer is on break she'll call you back". NO RETURN CALL. So then I rescheduled online and they cancelled my appointment without saying a word. I called today and they told me they can no longer service my cat because I had been habitually late to appointments and basically go somewhere else... My significant other spends like $300 to 400 a month here for baths for his dog and today he asked me to call and make her an appointment and I told him what happened and he is no longer going to spend his money there either.
