Clean and well stocked compared to other Sam's clubs. The produce section is where you see the difference between clubs and they throw away the bad containers instead of trying to sell them.

Lost my pick up order. Called, and they told me my name nor order number exists. But on the app it said it was Woodbury drive up at 2-3pm. I called at 4pm cause I still hadn't heard anything, the lady was rude, and told me sorry you're out of luck. Thanks.Edit: the manager called me. And we came to a resolution. Manager Sean was very nice and understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. Did change my review to 4 stars as they were prompt to give a solution and accommodating.

The staff was friendly, nice selection of food and other items but the women's bathroom was very dirty.

Signed up for a membership and the lady that helped me was very rude saying "give me your ID" without explaining why she needed my ID. Her tone was very rude as well. Asked the same lady if I could use a cart that no one was using and she stated "no, I am using it to walk around". Very rude and unprofessional. Not a very good first impression and if I didn't need to shop here I wouldn't. Overall I love what the store has, as they have a lot of the stuff that I need but customer service could be better.

I’ve been a customer for 2 years and loved shopping here, however I made the mistake of purchasing Good Year tires here on October 23, 2023. They installed them and I heard a leak coming from the tire valve when it was raining out. I called to see about them repairing it since I just had these installed and it’s only been 3 days. Not to mention I purchased their “extra protection” on each tire…the Woodbury location never answered so I was transferred to a call center. I explained what happened and that I needed it repaired. He told me he could not get a hold of anyone in Woodbury and that the next appointment wasn’t until November 6th. 11 days out! I told the customer service rep my tire would be flat by then. The customer service rep showed no concern and told me there was nothing he could do. I am shocked that such a large place of business do not stand behind their service. I purchased extra protection on my tire for nothing. A complete waste of money and now need to take my vehicle elsewhere to get it repaired. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE. Better off going somewhere else. Complete rip off.

Inconsistant and underwelming. I Mostly come here because of location. They have gotten better over the years. Past issues were no rottissery chicken available, no hotdogs, whole pizza was not ready, was forgotten. Incorrect advertised price, fixed. No pizza available for the day they all out, was on a wknd. Don't even know how that can happen it was early in the morning 30 min. After cafe opens... apps not working properly. Most employee seems Generaly unhappy. Service is ok at times but Generaly not good. I like some of the prices here better but the Overall life Shopping experience here falls short.

So I was in the neighborhood so I'm like let's stop at Sam's Club..... the guy at the door scanning receipts was awesome..... but I messed up and had to go see Terri up at customer service... and omg she was not very nice really short with me.... idk if she was just having a bad day or maybe it's time to retire.....

I utilize this Sam's Club (Woodbury location) for my personal and business shopping needs. On 07/28/2023, a Friday afternoon at 2PM, I went to the Optical Center to get my glasses adjusted. The staff in this area have always been great and Dr. Falk is outstanding, although I did not see her during this trip. We'd planned on stocking up on several items and wanted to grab a bite from the "food court" area beforehand. That area of the store is typically a disaster, but the hotdogs and pizza are a great deal. Awhile back, the cashiers were replaced by kiosks that were pretty easy to navigate and functional. Those quickly disappeared and customers ordered their food from the cashiers, which was actually nice. Now, there is a "Scan & Go" line that several customers were attempting to order from with no success; myself included. There were 14 people ahead of me in line and the line was so long that the ready to go options weren't within view. The line moved fairly quickly and I attempted to order two hotdog combos and one piece of pizza. The woman working the cash register has been there for several months, as I've (unfortunately) had to order from her in the past. After placing a very simple order, I asked her to confirm my selections as she had gotten them wrong in the past. I mean, it's Sam's Club and not a swanky restaurant, nor would I have any special requests, but she has gotten my order wrong every single time I've been in contact with her. Once again, even after repeating my simple order, she overcharged me. I received four giant cups for water/soda (for two people) and was scoffed at when asking if they had any Parmesan cheese for my husband's pizza. Speaking of pizza, they used to offer to cut the slices in half due to the substantial size. This visit, not only was it not offered, but it appeared as we only received a half slice due to the obvious smaller portion. There were no clean tables to sit at, condiments were limited and it was just chaotic in that area of the store. It was not a holiday weekend, no explanation by staff for the delay in orders, etc. I would like to say it was just a busy day for them, but this store has been going downhill for some time now. I was so frustrated over a $5.65 meal (which is petty, I realize) that I opted to leave and drive a few miles away to Costco to make my purchases. Trust me, I would not take the time to vent about one crappy experience about a hotdog and pizza from Sam's Club. The issue is, this store has been going downhill for over a year now and it continues to get worse every time I go. The ONLY reason I will return is for the Optical Center (which you don't even need a membership for, technically). The rest of the store is usually in disarray, the constant beeping noises of the self-driving cleaning carts are extremely loud and annoying, clothing is not folded, books are a mess and don't get me started on the bathrooms. I'd rather use a satellite in the parking lot. If you're looking for a wholesale store in the Woodbury area, Costco is right down the road and has better pizza anyway ;).
